Every job go through it then do a inclusion and diversity and try to bring more women on.. But at the same time they aren’t in the position that Angela is in.. It’s plenty of videos where they used to gang up and dismiss her, and I like all of them. She held her own but she also had to navigate on her own to get to where she is. She just did a good job holding her position on the show so no one thinks anything of it. How many times she got snapped on by men no one came to her defense. It was times where they wasn’t cool and she still showed up to work. So I can see how it was uncomfortable for her with two dominating men.

She has enough experience to speak on the subject. If you dont like porsha then say that.

I don't think Tamron's addressing hard news is the issue here - at all. Any reporter can "address" hard news. The problem appears to be "HOW" Tamrom goes about it. There is SOMETIMES a lack of tact, sensitivity, and respect that many of her guests are taking away from their time on stage with her. Tamron can afford to improve her interviewing skills in this area.

I like Tamron. I haven't watched the new show, but I really enjoyed her on TODAY. She's a very entertaining, eloquent, interesting, and obviously beautiful woman. She does a great job with interviews. But if she has made the guests feel a certain way hopefully she will apologize or make it right with them and carry that with her in how she talks with guests going forward.
