Miss Katy totally delivers the right vibe here...And having read some of the uncharitable comments below I'd say - she takes about 2 lines to get into the groove (with no warm-up) and delivers a languid and beautiful rendition... Anton's shrug at the end was like "Hey - guys - how cool is my wife..!" He had his back to her throughout the song as he was taking a well-earned break from the mike, and was jamming with his buddies and he knew she had it. Ms Katy nails it....

To those who said they made mistakes: 1) Who told you that they have not deliberately changed the song and made "mistakes" 2) A mistake made by a good artist is more interesting than a correct thing made by a mediocre artist ... because inside his "mistake" you find other true art. 3) If you don't want to find "mistakes", put the cd in your player, don't go to live shows and don't comment live on you tube. Usually those who find mistakes in concerts are people who know how to play and have cover bands or tribute bands and they close themselves in their bedroom and after playing a song 1000 times, they are able to imitate a song to perfection. This is a nice thing but it has a lower value than the free interpretation of a piece or to create a new song . I don't know how to play any instrument ... but since I was a kid turning freely on the radio I discovered for myself, people like Jimi Hendrix ... or George Gershwin and many others ... without knowing that they were great.

@serenatwilite40052 жыл бұрын
@@WingsWithFeet You don't understand what you're hearing. You're comparing her to just any old singer. She's doing that languid, bending the pitch sound on purpose, for effect. It's really brilliant, most people couldn't do it if they tried, don't have the talent.
@serenatwilite40052 жыл бұрын
Matt Lechner Yes, a perfect way of describing it. People who think she isn't trying or isn't good enough aren't getting the talent she has. It's not easy to sing like that, especially with any volume - and they don't have her mic'ed loud enough, especially in the beginning. The loud guitars are drowning her out. I think they turned her up some toward the middle of it.
