He is a fantastically clever player - the brains of the team, and Thiago’s successor in that sense. Typically Argentine in being technically excellent but also tough and combative. A brilliant, brilliant signing.

@@relax9674 Endo is great in his role but he's more of a workhorse. Mac Allister is pure class and he's playing as a DM out of necessity, when in truth he's more of a natural CM or even a CAM.

I was in doubt of him playing as a 6 but i was dead wrong, those lane cutting passes into the final third have created most of our Chances this season and is what we always lacked with our previous midfield (Henderson and Fabinho).

he played two years CAN and now CDM, these two expériences will help him a lot tobecome one of the bests CM! he’s not a CDM he’s a CM or CAM, we play CDM bc Endo isn’t here

Absolute robbery what we got him for. He sees the pitch. He knows how to use his size and body. Endo and Alexis are who I tell my son to watch to learn the game better

He has things like Modric, he is not the fastest, he is not the strongest... but he is intelligent and has talent, Modric exploded in his 30s... Mac Allister in 2 or 3 years will be better than Modric. He just needs experience and confidence.

I agree with every part. Apart from the fact he will be better than Modric. Modric won a Balon'Dor he's one of the top 5-10 midfielders of all time. That would be some going if Macca had even half the career modric had.

@@TinyBudhaModric had more talent in his big toe than McAlister has in his whole body . One of things McAlister lacks is game control .This was highlighted in the world cup when twice Argentina were 2-0 up against the netherlands and France they let them back in to the match .Modric would never allow a 2-0 lead to slip like that ,.

He takes too much risk in the middle of the park and at some point his slow but one thing about him is that he has an end product,he makes good passes and his not afraid to make mistakes that's what you want from a player.
