Now I want part two: how what we eat becomes us. Much more detail. This was a lovely introductory-level vid, but I want MORE (how it goes from chyme into our cells, how does the body tell the "good" stuff from the waste? Etc.)

Seriously, as a retired Family & Consumer Sciences teacher (aka: Home Economics) I oh so wish I had you available and be able to click on short bits of info to make a point (not just coming from me🤪!) I look forward to checking more of your videos and “shorts!” I’ll add this here hoping you will find it! I taught in southeast Georgia for 38 years❤️ Easiest division is to say 33 high school and after retiring, I had the invitation to join one of our middle school staffs for 5 more years!

And now think that almost all beauty products contain "ceramides" aka proteins, like collagen or other "nutrients" that are supposed to nourish people's hair, skin or nails and nobody ever said this is outright idiotic. I wish there were some creams and shampoos actually nourishing the brains
