Nicely said sensei. Karate is found in the doing. Not the talking, not the posturing, not the peripheral trappings that come and go like the ebb and flow of the ocean. Karate lives when we breath life into it through the ecstasy of sweat. When we take a deep breath and go again one more time. When we fail yet remain unconquered. You understand this because you have lived it. I wish you well.

@@CameronQuinnKyokushinKarate mine is in Cambodia. I switch between wado style and shotokan style because of the mobility my work requires. therefore I’m weak at both styles due to the lack of consistency. I’d really love to train at your dojo, would be a great honor ☺️❤️🙏💙

Osu! Is Kyokuhin great for Self defence? Why does the Kyokushin clubs generally focus just on sparring? But not real self defence techniques? But they focus to much on tournaments and sport? Would you recommend me Kyokushin? Regard Ehsan.

I think it more depends on the instructor and the goals of that dojo. It is different in different places.

@@greaterpakistan5586 What are the qualities you need for self defence? The best self defence is being aware of what's happening around you. But if the situation starts, what do you need? Mainly distance awareness and control, and timing. And sparring against increasingly better opponents gives you that better than anything.
