330 million per floor the grand theft auto has a serious competitor. Could have housed homeless flood victims. Its not even what has been used tocaution floods victims in Nairobi.The tactics just extend the project cost more. its ugly no architecture ambience less floors per mpigs. The money could have also constructed Ugatuzi towers 50 floors. 9billion.
