Um, take a look around in the real world. That's EXACTLY what happens in the US everyday. Wealthy people, especially Wealthy, White people, get away with crimes every day. When they do get busted they either cut a check or they have their expensive lawyer get the off entirely. A poor black mother was sentenced to 5 YEARS in prison for sending her 6 year old son to a better public school than the one in their district. Meanwhile, all these wealthy parents bribed their kids way into college, forged documents, hired people to take their kids' tests for them, lied over and over. What did they get? 3 months suspended, and some fees!

yeah, right, when does that ever happen? Never!! Lying to police, lying to prosecutors, conspiracy with others and police & prosecutors, kidnapping, harassment, assault, violation of const and civil rights, etc, etc, etc.. Not to mention destroying person's life forever.

Oh, I just remembered about the famous English Nanny Case here in Boston. I forget what year it was, you can look it up, it was National News. This young white English woman, was working as a nanny for this well to do couple. I believe they were both doctors. They had 2 young boys, I believe it was, one older than the other. The youngest was in some way a bit "slow". One morning, the couple or maybe just the mother were/was rushing out of the house to go to work around like 8 pm +, She handed the youngest boy off to the nanny and left. Later in the day, the boy was unresponsive, so the nanny called the police. They came, ambulance came. Detective asked nanny what had happened. She told detective that when the mother handed the boy to her, he had been crying and was fussy, as I recall. He asked her if she had been "rough" with him. She said something like "I had tossed him onto pile of towels". The boy was in intensive care. They allowed the parents, both doctors, to visit him and be at his bedside for long periods of time. After awhile the boy died. I think the cause of death was brain trauma. But later, I learned from another case in another State, that the doctors had not done the correct thing in treating the boy. That in this other similar case, the boy survived. That the treatment the local hospital gave only guaranteed the boy would die. So nanny was arrested and charged with Murder. At trial, her defense attys took lesser charges off the table. So it was 1st degree murder or acquittal. Now, it was quite clear that there was something wrong with the mother, a doctor, that she was a narcissist, probably a psychopath.. She believed that she was perfect, her husband was perfect, they were both doctors, their life was perfect, so she had to have perfect children. How could SHE have a child who was not perfect.? But her youngest boy, who died, was not perfect, he was "slow". I believe that the mother smashed the boy's head, causing the brain trauma and causing boy to cry. Then handed him to nanny. But when boy did not die, she finished him off in the hospital. The interesting thing, every day at the trial, the Detective who had first interviewed the nanny, came to Court and sat right next to the parents, all day long. Acting as their personal body guards, and as a threat and statement to the Defendant. "I'm with them, and against you, I'm going to make sure you get put away." So, on NO Evidence other than nanny's statement that she tossed the boy on a pile of towels. She was found guilty of 1st degree murder. It was never raised that the mother could have smashed the boy's head PRIOR to handing him off to the nanny. Perfect set up and frame job. I remember the corrupt lying State Medical Examiner testifying. He had a doll, I guess a medical doll, the size of the boy. He demonstrated how the boy suffered the brain trauma. He took the doll and smashed its head on the railing of the witness stand ... HARD!! ... maybe more than once. It was outrageous. If you smashed a child's head like that, the skull would have been shattered!!!! Yet the boy suffered no such fracturing of his skull. The whole trial was a staged 3 ring circus, with everyone playing there part. Other than defendant and her attys. I don't recall if she was sentenced or not, but she faced Life w/o parole. But awhile after, the Defense filed a motion. Then there was an unusual hearing, and a deal was struck. The guilty finding for 1st Murder was set aside by the Judge (when has that ever happened? NEVER!!), and she plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter, I think it was (a huge diff in charges), with the agreement of the boy's parents. Then Judge sentenced her to "time served". Then she was whisked away and deported out of the country back to England. Again very strange. I think the mother killed the boy, her son, and she just wanted the nanny to be found guilty of something and out of the country. Cuz if she stayed in prison in Mass. and appealed and motion for new trial, then that exposed mother to being found out as the murderess. But with a guilty finding vs nanny, Case CLOSED!! So she is safe. I think the police, detective(s), ADAs, DA, and Judge all knew that the mother killed the boy. Cuz I know/knew some of them, and they are/were so corrupt. Now there was no way that that detective was going to sit there all day every day acting as their body guard and as threat to Nanny without getting PAID... Big Bucks!! Believe me. Now the City wasn't going to pay him for his time, and for being away from his regular police duty. The DAs Office, County wasn't going to pay him. So I think the parents, mother, paid off everyone with some Big Bucks!!! A lot of money!! Maybe $100,000 or more spread amongst the corrupt parties. You had to have seen the show that was put on. My God!! It was totally staged, scripted, and rehearsed. It was unbelievable!!. In Conclusion: That is how you get away with it, Murder, if you have money!!!! Pin it on a foreigner, make a deal, they plead to manslaughter, time served, deported, barred from ever entering USA again. Then you, the real American murderer is covered. Oh as a final note: The mother had another baby in a short amount of time after. Strange!! Thus her youngest boy, who died/was murdered, was so easily replaceable, wasn't he? Now she has two perfect children. Tah Dah!! "Law and Order" should do an episode on this? Or did they? Something "similar"?

There you go. More than that, they use what they make up in their own minds, their hopes, dreams, and speculation as evidence, and the Judge buys it.
