I got my hand on one at BSS. What a fantastic gun 👍 34” felt like a 32 in the hand. A super bit of kit !

Interesting you say this, i'm going to look at a 34" barrel tomorrow. I only go for 32 as a minimum but have only ever owned 32, i just fear 34 is too big and heavy on the front

Own a CG SUMMIT awesome piece. Have owned other CG shotguns all are incredible. Invictus looks incredible too!

Another great video. Particularly interesting was the point you made at the end with regard to steel shot as I've always avoided CG guns for the fact that they don't come in 3 inch and hp steel proofed.

I very much love the look of this gun! Shame no steel proofing but i already own a Fabarm so it could be one for the week and one for Sunday best haha. Shame they didn't put a real drop point on as i do like that. But i do appreciate what they have done. Merry Christmas to all the TGS team!

Jonny and interesting comment at the end....if as you suggest game shooting will be totally steel inside 3 years, what makes you think clays won't be forced to follow suit? Nice gun except for the gold shite hawks but I don't think its future proof and shooters if they have got their heads screwed on will probably only look to purchase steel proofed shotguns for the future!

hum. we've been using steel since 7 years or so. kinda used to steel proofed shotguns. Mandatory for all new guns and imported guns.

Cg for me is best italian guns out there, beretta arw just mass produced soul less pieces constantly throwing technical names on things to sell pieces, cg has passion, its like beretta and perazzi had a baby

I just bought a nearly new invictice 1 m spec and it was teagued with thin wall chokes and it was perfect .no effect with the barrel weight and overall weight was 8lb .felt lovely and light and moved very fast as a 32 inch .id love to try a 34 inch and see the difference .hope this review helps

Are M-Spec barrels available in other chokes? A steel proofed 1/2 & 1/2 would do the trick for most everything

They are now they send them off to be rechoked whatever you want and proofed for steel (anything half or more open).

Well with 34 inch barrels if ya miss with the shot you can't smack the clay with the end of the barrels ....gold on a shotgun is so naff ...in my opinion

at the price of that sleeved invictus i d rather put my money into a good pre owned b25 browning that will hold the price better in another possible future trade without getting scalped by the RFD !

Personally I dont think so, if you can afford to shoot the high bird shoots the price of a few thousand tungsten or equivalent cartridges wont affect or stop people who want to. Without putting to finer point on it. The biggest threat to our country side pursuits is the likes of Packham and his cronies, coupled with this pandemic lockdown.
