Break actions' ease of loading, obviousness of being unloaded, and ease of collecting spent shells are all reasons you don't see autos in clay shooting, IMO.

American guns are good when you arent restricted to things made multiple centuries ago, as is common in places where you bend over at the governments feet when they tell you what peasants like you get to have

Can't help feeling negative here. That's an assembly line, built from outsourced parts- would expect better. A local laser engraving company (for 12 years) isn't what I expect from the handbuilt Italian image. I'm sure the quality control is fine.

As a rookie trap shooter who shoots a side by side, I 100% agree with you. When I miss, if it's not from lifting my head off the stock too early, it's usually because I'm thinking too much. It really IS necessary to point and shoot.

This is cool but as a gen z shooter i hate the portrayal of only fudd shotguns i like tactical rifles, straight pulls and semi autos its annoying to only see people pleaser content because too many people are wimps and intimidated in the UK.

A for effort but the jeans are too short. No one should ever see the shaft of the boot which includes when you are sitting down. You need jeans that stack just enough so you can’t see the shaft even when sitting. You should also get boot cut jeans, shouldn’t be able to see the shaft through the jeans easily. those are just 2 things that are just very annoying

I have a Sauer drilling built in Suhl about 1899ish. And a Parkhurst 10 gauge hammer coachgun made in England or Belgium perhaps 1914. I suspect I will leave them as heirlooms in the future. Presently, they are both safe to shoot with careful handloads of blackpowder.

I learned to shoot in the early 90s..in those days most guns were 28” barrels. One guy had a 680 series Beretta with 30” barrels…it seemed very long! Now I have a 686sP1 in 30” and it seems short.

Here’s a different perspective….I live in Western Canada having learned to shoot decades ago in the UK. I used to have a collection of Side by side 12 bores in the Uk. Now I have a 686 SP1 Sporter for clays and a CZ Drake 12 bore for walked up grouse. The CZ Drake is an over and under that handles like a side by side. Not sure if it’s available in Blighty…maybe as a Huglu. Please try one…I’d love to hear your opinions. The Drake is also a mechanical trigger.

And it has no centre rib so it looks good…all for 1/4 of the price of a 686.
