Hipsters wet dream...

Wow! Our paint shop in Wisconsin are painting this 1/100 caffeine cafe racer set. I'm very proud and happy to see the final product of the bike because we don't usually get to see when the bikes are put together, we just paint. Just wow... to see that some made it to California means a lot to me and I'm very proud to be part of my shop. Thank you for this video, I will notify the shop asap tomorrow to check out this vid!!!! This machine is a credit to you and your team. Magnificent motorcycle with the boots to back it up. I'm 64 yo and have just ordered my first Harley Davidson. A new 2019 1200cc Sportster Roadster. It has to come from Milwaukee USA to Melbourne Australia. Can't wait ! Thanks for the post Matt.

I'm too old with too many ailments to be comfortable on that bike but still l appreciate the appearance and the thought that the factory and delership executed in the design and build. Most of my riding was on the dirt until my early 40s. Now l'm 70 but at least l can still ride for short distances.

very nice. As a young man I used to drool over the XL cafe` racer when it came out. I could never figure out why HD didn't pursue it? In the 70's nothing (affordable) handled particularly well. They could have got in at the beginning. . . Strange how style has come full circle!

This caferacer look is the best looking around the custombuilts.... It's authentic and apart from anothers, especially the rear fender, oowwwhhhh.... drop my jaw. Honestly, I'd never imagine this great looking came from the manufacturer.....

Why do they not make a 6 speed transmission standard for the Sportster?

I’m slowly leaving my BMW RR and boxer days behind me. An HD Sportster will be my first test of the product but I’m always surprised the bike isn’t just sold like this. I know it’s 2019 and I’m a little late to this show but I’m doing my homework. The mid mounted pegs made me feel like this was a seriously odd set up. Maybe an HD thing but I’m willing to adapt to a point. Really enjoying your whole channel and am the reason your stats have gone up...probably, thank you for such terrific content. More camera angels when riding is my only comment. What a wonderful shop. All the best from Sydney Australia and thanks for Making America great again!

There is something about Harley Davidson paint jobs that seperate them from every other motorcycle company out there. A lot of decals and whatnot, but not with Harley Davidson. Their paint jobs are just beautiful to look at close up!

Well in 2017 HD are catching up with the modern world of modifying. There seems to be modification garages and shops popping up everywhere. Pity the price is so extraordinarily high to other suppliers.

Wow looks great, but after looking at the specs on your site, I see that the seat height is too high for me with a bike that heavy. My inseam in 28" on my pants so a seat height of about 26" would be great, that is after I am sitting astride the saddle. NICE BIKE THOUGH, I would loved to have something like that when I was in my twenties or thirties, but at seventy I have to be a bit more sedate. I love Harley Davidson Motorcycles, if for nothing else, their sound.

Tank looks wrong. Put the right tank on it and you've got a winner!!!

Looks fun, but it's a halfway bike. The performance isn't increased unless you improve the chassis geometry. Yes. the footpeg position is hugely improved if you fit rearsets, but with a long wheelbase, long swingarm at the back and lazy steering angle. So, if you actually want to go fast in the twisties and have a Harley engine, a custom frame or secondhand Buell is the only answer.

Any room up front for the small bikini fairing that would really set this bike/build off as a Cafe Racer.

Didn't know harley had these clip-ons. I used clip-ons from racing mopeds, these worked all right but those blacked out ones look a lot nicer of course.Btw what does this conversion cost approx?

But I'm still 🤢sick from NOT buying the 09 XR-1200 that I almost pulled the trigger on and buying a 😱09 Nightster instead that now is closely similar to the roadster after alot of $ and numerous hours of work on it . Still think that the ANY YEAR XR-1200 was the best sportster that Harley ever produced.
