Oh, I know one use for the stun gun Liera, You can shoot big mech guys with it and then sneak attack them to take them out silently, I think its the only way to do that! So it might be worth investing in, in case there's any in future!

It will take a while until Koller contacts you again. The calibartor means that Jensen wouldn't be overheating by using the experimental augs. But for balance reasons I guess the game not handing that option out too early. As for exploring I think you covered at least half of Prague, but I think it is more like 80%.
