Wade and Herren are two of my favourite characters. They make an appearance in the Awakening expansion as well. I'm not sure about Finding Rexel, but Fazzil's Request is completed somewhere in the Alienage. The other Chantry quests are all in the large open area the road circles around.

-The Fade Wall shield you got from Gaxkang will be a fantastic piece to use for your Arcane Warrior for the extra mana and regen factor -I mentioned before, but the payments to the drake scale armors will benefit in obtaining a stronger set of drake scale armor during Wade's second attempt and it will also be a big payoff when you approach him once you have a dragon scale from the dragon near the temple of andraste's ashes to make a heavier set of gear - Also, yes, Isabela is cheating, but it does no good to call her out. Seeing your dex score is too low, you gotta keep playing her game, but don't try catching her hand. Eventually Leliana will catch on the trick and she'll help you win

It's funny that Wynne would have the 'Blood Mage' specialization. Though none of the other specializations really seems to suit her character. Shapeshifting, ancient elven magic muscles, or blood magic. That's the extent of magic in Thedas!

32:17 That is one of the best shields in the game actually. You are lucky to get it from the first try since Gaxkang is definitely among the strongest bosses and there is a small amount of chance to drop it in the loot. Gratz!

@@LieraPlays yeah, when I played with battle mage build I made a reload on every fail attempt. Guess it took me about 6-7 tries to make rng work for good. But the shield is worth it. Good defense stats and +25 stamina just what you really want from the shield build

Ooh, an architect Tee! Although it could also be an engineer's, cartographer's, ship navigator's... it's multi-purpose! :) >3:35 You still got 3 sovereigns. The full reward was 5. I won't give the bonus in percentage because that would be more depressing :D >5:01 There are 2 in the Circle, 2 in the Sacred Temple ruins (the one with the Ashes) and 1 in the werewolves lair (Brecilian forest). If you miss only one, that could be that last one (it's easy to overlook). So I just had a quick look to your previous videos and it appears, if I'm not mistaken, that you didn't loot a series of rooms in the lair. They are located on the two sides of the hall where the werewolves meet you with a parley proposition from the Lady of the Forest, just before you go and meet her. It's easy to miss because that cutscene transitions you directly to the Lady so you may forget about those rooms entirely, especially on a first playthrough, because they are not even directly apparent on the map before you go to them. BTW, I still wonder how those humans who spent all of their lives as werewolves transform from their werewolf form to humans entirely clothed. Is it courtesy of the end curse package? Or the ESRB adjustment package? :D >6:00 "so soon" he says! I guess we don't have the same measure of passing time. :D >7:48 He could have put it in his closet but then, what would people say? As a brother he has a reputation to preserve. haha >10:38 I think Alistair wouldn't be very pleased anyway (he's right there you know) although I don't remember if you hardened him or not at that point, I don't think you did (possibly not or I would have noticed) -- his reactions to what happens in The Pearl varies depending on his status. :D But maybe you can be back with Zevran later (lose Alistair though, better to be safe) and meet the lovely Isabella (they kinda "know" each other). That could be fun. >15:24 You'll never be able to win that way, as a mage your dexterity is far too low. But if you continue to play the normal way picking the second option, Leliana or Zevran may help you to win (Leliana's in your party, and her approval is certainly high enough -- good approval being a condition for either Zevran or Leliana to help you). For Isabella it's the whole point of this game, to see if you're good at detecting cheaters, or subtle enough to cheat without her catching you. at which point she will be satisfied and will train you. Or you just can use the Zevran method and go "under the deck" with her -- oh yeah, that's right, Zevran he's not with you so you don't know, she's a Captain, of her own ship. Anyway, Result is the same, the fun is not. >:D But since you already accepted to play her game, I'm not sure you can do that anymore, even with Zevran present. >16:38 "if you insult their dogs, they are likely to declare war" Don't tell me you don't feel that way! :) >18:29 Very nice try. Who would think about putting a "flying" nug in a password(phrase?)? It's certainly unexpected. Can't guess that one! XD You know the real password though, you read it on a placard in the Denerim market, a bunch of episodes ago. It's directly related to the Grey Wardens. >18:48 There's a reason why the well in the Chantry courtyard is still lit up. :D >21:52 You saw Howe in cutscenes but never met him in person yet. Only those of human noble origin get the "privilege" to have words with the guy much sooner. >23:19 It's amusing really. The guards would attack you if ever you mistreated the "personnel" but you stealing? They don't care. >28:10 At that point the enemies archers are high level enough to frequently use "scattershot" that will most likely stun everyone in your party. They kind of adore that as their opening move. It's more an annoyance than a real threat though. >33:06 Against a boss, it will cause damage but it's unlikely to have the paralyze effect it has on weaker enemies so you have to take that into account. Still, spirit damage is always nice, very few enemies have any resistance to it. >41:18 It was a trap. A gate came down as soon as you passed the towers so you were supposed to find yourself all alone. It's surprising that Leliana even made it through. There is a lever on the tower to raise the gate so your companions can join you. If you don't use it the gate just automatically raises after a certain amount of time. Yep, "that" lever. XD >43:20 More like a vicious dog. Most dogs would grab a limb or attack directly at the throat but our furry friend here makes a habit to aim for the lower "tender" parts. Ouch! :D >44:32 Note that "Fazzil"s Request" and "Missing in action" as well as some Mage's Collective and Blackstone Irregulars quests, cannot be completed until you start and advance in the Landsmeet preparations. Some requires progressing the main story some others require access to the Alienage. >45:04 Marking the doors of the blood mages' families was to help those families to hide from the Templars, while working for the Collective. This new quest is more about killing blood mages for the Templars. >45:41 It is not done. It's one of those quests you need access to the Alienage to complete. >1:14:15 No this dude would have attacked you regardless. The quest marker is only because he does have a key to open his bedroom door that Leliana already lockpicked, so quite useless here. >1:14:30 Without the wings, still reminds me of... Boris(?) Each time I can't remember his name for the life of me! Apparently you're not the only one having troubles with names. Anyway, the guy from the Hollywood sewers in Bloodlines. Even crazier than me, and I usually play as a Malk, so that's saying a lot! :D >1:21:57 Yep definitely worth to have Zevran for this conversation. Adds some spice to the discussion. >1:25:18 Your choice. Crows tend to work for anyone paying them though, bad people and good people alike (and yes, one could argue that someone hiring an assassin is not "good" people but same could be said of someone using Crushing Prison or a sniper rifle from 1 Km away. All depends on the goal pursued and the kind of people you are using it against). The real question one should ask here is: why is Ignacio asking you, personally? Ferelden has enough cutthroats as it is to solve those problems, if it's just about him being short-staffed. Why would he ask a Grey Warden to kill Paedan, a guy who, curiously, happened to hunt Grey Wardens for Loghain's right hand man? And let's be honest, Hiring a Grey Warden as an assassin wouldn't be the first thing coming to the mind of an assassins guild, it could even be qualified as counter-intuitive, for a bunch of obvious reasons. So the question stands, why would he even ask? Trapping you? There is already one Crow cell going after you so why would he even make the effort? >1:29:16 And you'll really need to kill that High-Dragon if you want Wade to perform his very best work, anyway. Also, you can just leave the shop and enter it again to have the second set of armor (yep it's that much quicker compared to the first one). The future Dragon set will be made instantly because Wade can work very fast when he is motivated! And yep, his clerk is going to hate your guts after that! If you want to see if he has anything interesting to sell (his inventory should have updated by now), do it before going for the dragon scale armor because after that he will really be pissed, something fierce. :D More below....

>1:30:21 When you're confronted to that many mages, you want to have a mage with the Mana Clash spell. It greatly simplifies things. Useless against normal people but wonderful against mages and spirits. A group of mages in general can be pretty lethal even without specialization. Blood mages are feared because of their special abilities, one of them having to do with mind control. However, none of the so called blood mages in there used any blood magic against you, I don't think. They preferred to abuse standard spells. Imagine if Alistair had been forced to try to kill you! Or if Doggo had turned hostile all of a sudden and happily stunned your whole party! The most terrific spell of a blood mage is to cast the AoE equivalent of Crushing Prison but only at half the power (still impressive). They can also power spells from their own blood when they lack mana and sacrifice their allies to heal. All good things if you don't really care about losing your health and/or your allies. The most lethal specialization for a mage in the whole of the first Dragon Age game remains for me Battle Mage, but it's only available in Awakening, which is kind of a shame, but it would certainly be OP used in the main campaign. Unfortunately, Arcane Warrior and Battle Mage are not really compatible because of the high fatigue on one side and the rather high mana consumption on the other. You can still have both but you can only really use one at a time effectively. I'll only say here, with some of the Battle Mage spells, who needs Miasma any longer? Let the enemy gets closer. The closer the better. They only precipitate their own doom and doing so they may even heal you. :D From the vanilla game mage specializations? I really do love Arcane Warrior because it is the specialization giving you the best defense, and defense, especially against anything physical, is the main weakness of a mage. A rain of mere arrows can be the start of a very bad day for any mage not willing to make effort to put up all the magic defenses required. Arcane Warrior pretty much solve that problem. It doesn't make you invulnerable, obviously, but it really helps. Most useless mage specialization? Shapeshifter, without a doubt (sorry Morrigan). Most useful, Spirit Healer, also without a doubt (Wynne for the win -- that was bad, I apologize). I've always been ambivalent about Blood Mage though, and not because using it makes you "bad" (it's not like if reaping the life from your allies to heal yourself was bad, right?). It's just that aside the ability to cast a weakened AoE version of Crushing Prison, there's nothing really appealing to me in that package. But it's just my opinion. To each their own as they say. Anyway, I enjoyed very much this little -- at times chaotic -- stroll with you through Denerim. There is more to come. :)

Ah, the Elizah quest I always fail to pick up. I think you should do your new side quest, since you are already in the office. Also you are closing on the point when you will have to choose between two main story mission, and if you choose one you can't choose the other. However you can do both, you just have to have a save before you start either. If you save after you finished both, you can choose which one should stay in this playthrough. When I first played I choose one, and the other in the second playthrough, but you might not want to play this game twice just for that. As always both missions interesting and will add different things for the end game.

Yay, loved seeing you find and play that side mission, such a heartfelt throwback! Also the digital level in the chair was a super cool diversion from the usual environments, more so if you're like me and try to get through the game with as few augmentations as possible and you don't even have remote hacking and have to get through everything with towers of boxes.

>1:27 For a second I thought you were going to miss this one as well. :) >3:28 Computers and keypad auto-unlocking... Wouldn't that be great! :D >6:28 Seems such a pleasant fellow. The kind you can only explain things to with a punch in the face... >8:40 And this mystery has such a big reward! :) >9:42 They are mostly talking about the job they are doing for the one who hired them and what will happen if they fail and a loose end they have to tie up and... You didn't really lose anything. >10:46 Look right there on the wall! Your favorite method of execution, the one you already successfully used in Golem. Just have to wait for them to all have their feet in the water. You can get rid of at least two of them with just a switch, the third one is much less of a problem after that. You already have one dead on your conscience, what are two more? It's not like you are going after the no kill achievement. >:D >10:51 She just activated the keypad that was off and she already gave you the code for it. You want her to open the door too? You're such a lazy operative. :) >16:50 Maybe because it's not his money you stole. It's not even his shop or he would know how it's called. Future-Last instead of Future-Past? >17:28 Well, this "expert" seems confused about the domain he should have knowledge about. If you look in the inventory, the disk you have looks suspiciously like a Zip disk and not a standard floppy and Zip disks where produced up until the mid 2000s, so far less than 40 years ago at DXMD time (closer to 25 years). Even the floppy was commonly used until someone decided that putting a floppy drive in computers was no longer a thing because of CD writers becoming commonplace, so until the end of the 90s. >19:04 Note that you could have debunked this guy earlier by questioning him about the name of the shop, skipping the trap. But getting him to cooperate and end things peacefully without a CASIE would have required information that was only available on the pocket secretary from one of the mercenaries you left alone when you retrieved the disk. >19:45 He got you into his trap right where he wanted you sooo... Is there really a reason for Jensen to get cocky there? :) >21:17 Him, or one of the mines, or the bomb. Doesn't that feel great to get killed by a guy Jensen deemed "not very good"? :D >25:38 Yep, when modems were running at a fantastic 14.4 Kbps speed and web pages had virtually no images (not even of cats) because too much time consuming to load, and porn was only available from BBS and most likely in images rarely above 24 KB in size with ridiculously tiny resolutions (so a good old 1.4 MB floppy would have been enough for "grandpa" needs). Well, internet porn has definitely come a long way since then. XD >29:24 Such a sweet reference. :D Don't you feel that craving for some puzzles right now? And love of course... but mainly puzzles! Ah, that poor companion cube. Getting nostalgia vibes there. XD >30:24 The code you got earlier was for this door that finally most people end up opening with the button. The irony. >32:04 I shall make a note of your uncanny ability to temper with crime scenes. That would totally work... if he was dead and police was investigating. But since he's still alive I assume he'll be able to guess what really happened. Unless he hit his head very hard, I'm not sure he will fall for the whole exercise ball theory. :D I suspect you arranged the whole thing for your own satisfaction anyway. :) >40:14 Your answer here should determine a future event (at least that's what I thought on my first playthrough) but it does not. Regardless of what you choose to say, Eliza will make up her own mind. She's sentient... and stubborn. Not unlike someone else I know. :) >42:47 Do what I do... get out the trash! Or call a cleaning service, that worked surprisingly well at that "other" place. haha >44:05 What the hell was that? That's pretty much unspecific and sudden as far as dying sequences go... I just have to make assumptions there... let's see. You decided to jump down in the courtyard directly and landed right in front of the guy? Hot or cold? >44:41 Normally there should be two more as you didn't kill anyone. The "clerk" showed up because you didn't convince him to go his own way (you didn't have the proper leverage to make him cooperate without CASIE). >46:39 Getting others to do the nasty job for you, huh? I'd be a liar if I told you I never did that myself. :D >49:26 Here's a guy with a very high opinion of himself. Don't climb down too fast from your pedestal Smiley! If you miss a step the fall will really hurt. It might even kill you! XD >51:33 He is in Golem City. He had to discuss the consequences of Rucker's death with the authorities there. London... it's for much later. I don't remember when it is mentioned for the first time but I didn't think it was so soon. Are you divining things now? Or is it just my memory that is crappy? :) >59:30 Too bad they're not companions! But they are useful in their own ways, if not comforting. :D >1:09:09 I told you it was going to be fun! Alternatively you could have used the cube you brought to climb on the roof. In pure DX fashion there are several ways to access those towers. >1:10:46 What a shocking bomb exploding in your face all of a sudden! Revelations unleashed... I love those moments, when what you suspected is actually validated. There's another reason why this scene is important. when Manderley tells Page: "I'm merely... concerned that the rest of the Council may not like your call. They seem... less cohesive these days". It's a subtle clue hinting at the fact that things don't look so good in the Illuminati realm. As a cohesive organization, the Illuminati are really starting to go downhill by the time of Mankind Divided. While being an Illuminatus himself, Page is not "in charge" (Lucius DeBeers, that you have seen in the first cutscene of the game; the oldest Illuminati, is the one with the deciding vote, or should be). Page shouldn't make wide impacting decisions such as killing Rucker without the approval of the others, especially DeBeers. But at this point it's obvious that he doesn't care what they think. And it's not only Page being rebellious (even though he is the worst offender). Other Illuminati are following a similar trend. And when the members of an organization start to follow their very own agenda, the organization as a whole is falling apart which, depending on the size of the organization may take time. Which leads us to the original DX. But that's another story, about 23 years in the future of DXMD, give or take. >1:13:08 Well, she's obviously not there with full authorization either (digging into Miller's computer and all...). So maybe she prefers to ignore the whole situation, hoping you'll do the same. The thing is that you can suspect everyone in this game to be playing a double game. Well, making you paranoid is a DX thing so that should not come as a total shock. :D They should have added another warning with the epilepsy one: "People with paranoid tendencies should proceed with caution. This game can enhance your trust related issues. In case of doubt, stop playing and consult a therapist as soon as possible. We recommend you to stop playing every couple of hours and embrace a companion cube for at least 15 minutes as a mean to reassure and anchor yourself in reality. NB: if you think your companion cube is evil and wants to harm you, you're already far gone. Sorry!" >1:15:21 No lady, it's because you said Joe instead of Joseph. If you weren't close you would have gone with the latter. Did you ever caught Jensen (or anyone else in TF29) calling his boss "Jim"? They don't even dare to call him "James". The only reasons to call Manderley "Joe" is because you are close or because you want other people to think you are. Which is it? >1:16:28 Still, it was far easier to send him an email and she wasn't really looking at her handwriting when you entered the room. Her eyes were definitely scanning the screen and her hands were on the keyboard. This "message" suspiciously seems like an alibi at first glance... If Miller had returned she could have said "Oh, I was just leaving you a message"... and here's the proof if you need it. Wouldn't explain how she got into the office without a keycard but I guess Jensen opened the way for her so she could just say, without even lying: "it was open". I should stop playing Sherlock Holmes games, I take those things too seriously now. :D >1:17:00 What I thought at that point on my first playthrough is that Miller was between a rock and a hard place. He certainly does not seem to agree with his orders but on the other hand, Manderley is his boss; he would need pretty solid evidence to attack him. The kind of evidence you just got actually, because you saw the Page/Manderley interaction but Miller didn't (he left the NSN before that), so he actually doesn't know that Page ordered the assassination of Rucker via Manderley, with Marchenko as the executioner. What would he do if he knew? That's the big question... But for the moment, while waiting for the next episode, let's take a step back and have a silent thought for the companion cube, one of the most underrated sidekicks in video gaming. At least Deus Ex pays it some well deserved homage even though it's in a trapped basement (but, comes to think of it, traps go surprisingly well with GlaDOS). I remember they were selling companion cube plushies for some times (they may even be selling them still, I don't know). You didn't buy one, did you? :)

I wonder if I saw something mentioned while I was scouring the internet to get me out of a loading loop now... which is unfortunate. but oh well. > because you saw the Page/Manderley interaction but Miller didn't I'm still curious why it was recorded vie Miller's NSN when he wasn't using it anymore. I suppose, if that's just how it goes when the original session isn't terminated, then it also wouldn't be too farfetched to think he might have watched the recording as well at some point... if anything ever prompted him to.

>Hot :D Why am I not surprised? :) >which is unfortunate. You just have the name of a town. You don't know what will be happening there so that's fine. >I'm still curious why it was recorded vie Miller's NSN when he wasn't using it anymore. Legitimate question I had too, before I decided on my own explanation. Do you want the real explanation or an attempt at a technical reconciliation of the facts? The real explanation would be that the writers needed to show the interaction between Page and Manderley no matter what. Without it, from a story point of view, players get zilch. They just get the part between Miller and Manderley and there's nothing in there we can't deduce by other means, mainly emails, like the one on Miller's computer where Manderley jumps every security screening to directly feed Miller a "report" regarding the break-in at Versalife by ARC in San Francisco, that never happened, while not letting Miller access the server himself just in case he would get "nosy". Apparently the writers didn't find a good way to explain the technical discrepancy for the recording of this conversation so they decided to leave players imagine themselves what the hell happened with the NSN to have the whole thing recorded after Miller effectively quit -- I assume NSNs have an auto-disconnect feature when the person leaves the chair, but I can't be sure. They even have Vega explicitly state that she doesn't know how the thing works and that each NSN is "different" which leaves things even more in the dark. It's like telling players: "You figure it out because we sure can't". Attempt at technical reconciliation: it all depends on what exactly you downloaded when you accessed the data towers in the NSN (that is not said anywhere). Was it only Miller's sessions or the whole of the sessions regarding TF29 available on the whole network? During the fast seeking of relevant data as the logs rewind there are a lot of sessions happening that Miller doesn't even seem to be a part of. I agree though, this explanation is kind of weak sauce and leaves several holes, the major one being: why the hell Miller's NSN would have access to all of the network archives? My own explanation (the one I chose after having burned my brain looking for a good one)? It's a "glitch". I mean, that's not the first time we'd be hearing about one of those in computers, right? ;D The auto-disconnect might have failed for example. Still doesn't explain why Miller wouldn't decide to watch the recording himself but maybe he has no real reason to look because he has no reason to think that the conversation was recorded past his own participation. There's also Miller's personal life that complicates matters. The medical problems of his daughter, his position about the augmentations required to solve it that led to his divorce (he doesn't want his daughter to be augmented because of what he's seeing at work but his husband has another point of view)... The guy definitely has a lot on his plate other than work so he might be skipping some "things" he wouldn't skip in normal conditions. Miller definitely has his share of responsibility in here and as you said "skeletons in the closet". He agreed to some shady things Manderley asked of him when he shouldn't have. He agreed to letting ARC being blamed when he's not even sure they're involved. What is blurry at this point in the game is the extent of his overall knowledge and involvement. And as me saying anything more would definitely be spoilers, allow me to leave it at that.

This game teaches you to embrace what you have while you have it. It teaches you patience, and as Gabbro puts it, to "stop and smell the pine trees". It teaches you to face your fears, and that true growth only births from discomfort. That everything, everywhere, no matter how insignificant it may seem, has a purpose. And that, even in the face of ultimate extinction, it's is never the end... only a new beginning! So much so, that you'll even find yourself, after finishing the game, endlessly watching others experience it as well. No other game does this. No other game has such a beautiful, endless ending that you can really only experience ONE time outside of vicariously through others, and can actually make you walk away a better person.

I don't think the others endings are right bcause the catalyst contradicted himself a lot and destroy is what we wanted to do to the reapers all this time to break the cycle. Also if Shepard is alive like they say everything can be fixed. Edi is part of the ship and she can be fixed and maybe find another body for her. It's very interesting to see if they make another one to see the outcomes. Thank you for making time to share the video with us and I hope u have an amazing day.

FYI Johnathan Coulton is the brains behind the ending songs from both games. They are both great, but I think this one is a real banger.

A nice episode -the fight with Bhelen is pretty much unavoidable when you side with Harrowmont and crown him. Again it was your call -Seeing Ohgren flirt with Felsi always get a chuckle out of me. You probably would had gotten a bigger laugh had you spoken with Felsi first to see what the deal was between her and the dwarf companion - i guess i forgot you hadn't got the full juggernaut armor set. Now that you got it(supposing you kept the plate too) it's a good set for any warriors on your team - You're on track with the drake scale armor. Before you miss your chance, you should also double back to the mountains where the dragon andraste is and fight it for the dragon scale, which can be used for a heavier set of armor that could work for either you or your warriors depending on the set you choose (either the chain mail or the full plate Armor option would be my recommendation for the effort put in getting the dragon scale)

I think part of the reason you kept running into random encounters so often on the world map, is because you were exploring the Deep Roads for such a long time. Not to spoil anything too much, but The Alienage is unlocked later via the main story, though you could check, I may be wrong. Also, if I remember correctly, to get the completed armour from Wade, just leave the market completely (to travel to another area, even to camp) and return, and it should be done.

I really like how Alistair exposes the tragedy of lyrium addiction. It's clear from how they treat mages that lyrium is a leash to control the templars
@Shadowpack95
@Shadowpack95 5 күн бұрын
and Control is the key word here as neither Alistair, or a Warden who specs as a Templar is required to take Lyrium to use the abilities. I know their probably is a Developer reason why but i like the head-canon that Templars really do not need Lyrium but The Chantry has them addicted to the stuff to control a well-trained anti-mage army

I've never worked out how that puzzle with the spinning heads is supposed to be solved. Every time I just resort to hitting every dwarf that appears and activating every anvil that glows. I'm sure there must be a more logical way to do it, but it's beyond me. Just rinse and repeat until the game decides it's made me suffer enough!

>3:12 My bad! I forgot to tell you about the "surprise" but spoilers and all that... :D >4:59 In the first answer you pretend that Caridin has chosen a king while in fact he has left the choice to you because he wasn't interested. The second answer leans more toward the truth. However the Assembly would be more impressed if Caridin had made the choice himself since it's the direct word of a Paragon and has a weight that can hardly be contested. The problem with telling the truth is that now, in the eyes of the dwarves (the general population, not just the Assembly), you're plainly responsible for deciding Orzammar future. If it was only Caridin's choice, they'd just go "well, the ancestors wanted that and we accept the consequences" but now you, a Grey Warden normally neutral, have really inserted yourself in Orzammar politics for good or worse so they'll know where to point fingers if it all goes to hell. In the end it will be several years before the real impact of your choice is felt so... no worries. :) >6:58 No one. She had as little interest in whom wanted to be king as Caridin. As she said last episode "I don't care if they put a monkey on the throne". So she would still have left the decision to you. She would have no special reason to choose Bhelen anyway as when she left for the Deep Roads, she didn't knew him, he was still considered a child and was not even in a position to be king (his two siblings came before him) so he was of little interest. She would have had no more reason to choose Harrowmont. I guess the deciding factor in her case (if she really had to choose one) could have been which one of the two was willing to fully use the Anvil of the Void to make golems because it's all she was really interested in. >7:39 It's a sign of things to come in Orzammar. Because from there, it will be going downhill and Harrowmont doesn't have the necessary political acumen to keep things under control. But you'll see what happens in the coming years in the game end slides so let's leave that aside for now. >9:40 I guess most of us did on our first playthrough. We always like to think that the good guy will always prevail. >10:30 Technically there won't be any endgame until the Landsmeet in Denerim is concluded, clearing up the situation about Loghain and putting someone on the throne. But it's better to clear up a bit of your journal nonetheless because some more quests will pop up during the preparations for the Landsmeet. So if you don't clear it up now, it will be even more of a mess in a while. :D >12:13 Maybe just a little... Oghren can be a real handful. :D >21:48 Look at that, Oghren is perfect for you, he has a 12 years old sense of humor! haha >25:00 Such an enlightening conversation! You get a lot of those funny "what is he on about now?" moments with him. It's better to not try to imagine what he's doing under the tent, although we all have a pretty clear idea. :D >29:57 Let's not forget all the chests that are missing her deft hands dearly in the Deep Roads too. :) >30:47 You should have opted for number 2 to have the full Oghren experience, especially the whole story of the roasted nug fight... that he managed to lose. XD >33:38 That's dwarven flirting at its best. I doubt human or elf women would be impressed. :D >35:43 This encounter is one of the rarest. I only had it once in all my playthroughs. It's also the only time you get to see a deer in DAO instead of hallas. >40:46 Yes but now you have Wynne with you and she's impervious to the demon because, you know, she's hosting a spirit... So she won't get down like everyone else. >44:36 Wynne is way better because she's a spirit healer. So you can take advantage of that to revive everyone at the beginning of the battle. Not that it really matters here because the way DAO leveling works, all the enemies in the forest are about 10 levels below you by now (they're stuck to the level they were at when you first entered the area). >50:28 Yep, normally you would have stopped at the Dalish camp to ask them if they knew Aneirin. They would have told you that he was in the forest. >53:08 When you're not a rogue yourself, the only way to avoid the tree stump trap is to have Zevran with you. Apparently, he's an expert in exploring dark holes... or so he claims. :D >54:00 As I said, around 10 levels lower. And the rewards reflect that. Both rage demons were downed in one hit which would have been previously impossible. Even if you put the game on Nightmare difficulty the Brecilian forest wouldn't exactly be a challenge now. >54:43 Aneirin's token is only of benefit to Wynne because of a hidden property that double the bonuses provided by her Vessel of the Spirit ability and prevents her from being stunned when the spell ends. This benefit works whether she wears the token or it is just in your inventory. She needs to wear the token for the normal resistances to apply though. >59:01 Except for the two elusive corpse galls that must still be stuck in the ruins. :D >59:36 They don't. You really must have missed that one. How curious. :) >1:08:10 Whatever time it takes you to complete another quest. >1:08:46 The Elven alienage is on the main story path and won't open before you progress with the preparations for the Landsmeet, basically going back to Redcliffe and telling the Arl you're good to go -- that doesn't trigger the endgame, that just triggers the next step of the main quest so you can do it without fear. You still have quite a few complex things to do before the endgame and during this time you're still able to do any other quests you have running or haven't discovered yet (have you talked to Shale? Now that she has met Caridin, she may have something to tell you). No need to run around trying to find a way to access the alienage just yet though. :D Considering that the whole of the Landsmeet preparations are happening in Denerim anyway, the option is to go see Eamon now, just to eventually open up the areas of Denerim that are still closed to you. Or you may finish the quests you can in Denerim first but don't be surprised, you won't be able to complete all of them (some requires the main story to progress). >1:09:23 Sure is. I kinda love the way Oghren flirts. Not really my style (going up to a woman and starting the conversation with: "you have a nice set of buns"... no, just... no. "greasing the bronto" was even worse) but he's doing it with humor in his own special style, so there's that. And obviously, at least some dwarven women seem to be very receptive to that approach. at least Felsi is. I would have liked to have been there to witness their previous relationship. It must have been quite interesting! :D And great job as a wing(wo)man... I would enlist you if I needed one! haha Anyway, even though the end may feels like coming, there's still a way to go, so go happily and embrace it!

Yay, you've found the Malik cameo! Well sort of a cameo. Don't worry about the Sarif quest ir will go on once you return to Prague again. Same goes with the Harvester quest. It is hard to complete that quest and find out everything. I'll give you two advice, first when you return Prague again, it is worth check locations again, because there can be things that weren't there before. (Like with the police station,. I also think you explored it, but now it is a different time in Prage so the things in the location has changed.) My second advice is for the quest don't make rush decisions, even if it seems you are running out of time. Sorry if it's cryptic a bit, but I try to help without any spoilers, because you can find out interesting things about the world.

The interactable stone in the hall in Bownammar with all the Legion ghosts requires you to wear the full Armor of the Dead set, with Helmet. The mod you are using to hide helmets is making the game think that Oghren was missing the helmet. If you ever go back there just temporarily disable Hide Helmets on Oghren then try clicking on it again.
