@@varuntuli1 I never complained about immigration, my friend. In this video, I stated that if the government has plans to bring a million people into the country every year then they should also have plans to provide housing to those million people

Thanks Rishabh bhai for showing the reality of Housing market....only Indian youtuber who talks with facts and figures.... Majority immigrants don't know the reality of Housing market... People living in Canada for 5-10 yrs...are struggling with morgages.... New immigrants won't be able to get a house of next 10-15 yrs....if incomes doesn't increase atleast 30-50% in next 3-5 yrs... which is next to impossible.... In upcoming winters....you will see huge amount of bankruptcies of both housing and small businesses....in Canada.... This winter will hit Canada very hard... Pls recommend all people to do limited expenses...🙏

In USA, housing construction is dead due to high interest rate. People with low interest rates (30 to 15 yr term mortgages) are not selling because they don't want to buy replacement houses paying high interest rates. People continue to seat on the sideline and rent.

Bhai Delhi has 30 million in recorded and another 7-8 million of migrants from other states... Delhi Ncr has more people then Canda.... Meanwhile China biggest develped cities Shanghai , Beijing has 25 million people..with bigger land area... Canada housing crisis is opposite of China... China has way more houses then needed and people bought them to flip in future....and Canada has less houses then Needed for future forecast population.... Both are in Real estate crisis due to morgage...

Canadian housing prices are a bargain for HKgers and Mainland Chinese. If it crashes, they will be brought up very quickly.

@@smwk2017 yes , but you and I both know how difficult the CCP has made investing in Canada after Huawei and Michaels story.... China has limited capital flight from mailand to Canada... only CCP high ups and there friends can pour millions of dollars in Canada... Hardworking Chinese have to still work hard in Canada... 👍🏻

@@Nitish.Singhal I am neither. The 20% foreign buyer tax is the counter-measure of foreigners buying up Vancouver houses for investment. No one lives in them. Similar actions in Ontario as well.

small correction...Canada actually has mortgage terms up to 25 years but they are not common. RBC is the only lender that offers a 25 year term and the interest rate is currently 12% for that term

25 years is the most common amortization period in Canada. It can be longer if it’s a conventional mortgage

Yes, I am aware. I was not reffering to the amortization. I am talking about the term of the loan. In your video I think you said 5 years was the max. That is incorrect.@@LifeofRishabh

@@canadianjatti Yes, 3,4, and 5 years are the fixed interest rate periods after that variable rates comes into effect for the rest of the amortization period. Based on what most lenders offer in Canada as of today.

I think you are missing the point. There are longer terms such as 10 and 25 years that are offered on a fixed rate but yes, the 5 year fixed is the most commonly chosen one.@@LifeofRishabh

Im in the usa and you can get 25 year amortization. Many people are still locked down at the old 2-4% and are locked in. In canada most banks only offer 25 years mortgage for high ratio (less than 20% down). If you do 20% or higher, then 30 or even 35 year is possible.

Muje eak query thi ki jaise mai university of Lethbridge mai Undergraduate finance diploma kar rha hu and mera major finance hai toh like mai agar dollarama mai manager or team lead hu toh mai PR kai liye eligible hu like it’s count in field job mera eak subject Management bhi hai, yaa phir majors depend karta hai field job kai liye. Please bhaiya reply kar dena.

I would recommend you go to the university website, search for your program and check the course outcome. This will guide you with the job titles relevant to your study

Best way to live comfortable life for middle class is... come to canada get citizenship.. earn in dollars invest in india (stock market gives 15% return)... travel world..enjoy life no stress.. work until your 50s and go back.. have a great retirement life..with good Healthcare..good food. House help and with friends and family 😊. Also convert your pension dollars in rupees😂 and chill out 👍

For that you need insanely high salary or income....coz your 35% -40% tax will paid to Canada then other 10-20% in USA .. if your earning from USA is more then a certain amount 120 k dollars(appx no.) It is worth it for individuals like IT professional , Doctors , scientists or entrepreneurs only... If you earn 150 -180 k then Canada is best ... If you can earn more then that then USA is better....for career growth

@@Nitish.Singhal are you currently in Canada ? what professions offer around 150k each year. How long will it take a student to reach that number not everyone can be a doctor or IT professional
