I’ve watched several q & an interviews and podcasts with him. He’s extremely knowledgeable and has a great way of simplifying complex topics. Far and away the best candidate in this election and our best candidate in a generation! RFK Jr ‘24!!

Want to know how to make your vote matter? Vote third party. If you live in a red state and know someone blue will not win there, if you think someone like RFK can win there and voted for him instead. You could take those electoral college votes away from the red.

Also a lesson on why the electoral college is even a thing is because smaller state would have never agreed to join the USA without equal representation. If the biggest state always decided the election they would have no reason to vote and would also eventually rebel. You should feel proud that a 300 year old document was made so well that 44,000 votes is all that separates the winner and loser when both parties are so corrupt and have so much more money to influence the media in their favor. I hope you see through the lies and realize how much of this are lies about RFK and he does not believe such things and watching him talk about the topic will show you why.

Ending voting for the 2 party system I think will have to come first otherwise those representatives have no reason to vote any other way that would take away the power both parties share. Biden and Trump both suck and a vote for RFK I think might be the only way we can save our politics in a year when both parties candidates suck.

Two things to consider: 1) Presidents shouldn't matter. We just don't need far-away governance. 2) The biggest problem we have with elections is the secret ballot. As long as we have that, it is insanity to believe any vote tally.

But if I parse what he is actually saying I understand the point he is making, although I don’t agree or think what he actually is hoping for is possible. Which is the case for a lot of the issues I see people criticize him for being conspiratorial. Like all good conspiracy theories there is 95% truth and 5% leap of faith. If the democrats actually had a candidate that was worth voting for (as opposed to voting against the other guy), then we wouldn’t even be having this discussion. So in the absence of good options, I’m stuck trying to reason through policy goals. Which candidate, irrespective of any flawed reasoning or flawed whatever, will produce the policy outcomes that most align with my hoped for outcomes. So if someone wants to convince people RFK jr is a bad choice, criticize the policies he would likely try to push through and explain how they will lead to a worse outcome, or explain how the policies of their preferred candidate would lead to a better outcome in contrast. That is all I’m saying, if you or whoever else truly wants to convince the people that are listening to RFK jr talk for hours on issues that he would focus on in his presidency, criticize what he is actually saying in those discussions. Because I can tell you that characterizing him as a “nut case” does not align with the experience of people that are actually listening to those discussions. And though I didn’t vote for Trump so this assessment may be wrong, but I would argue this is the reason Trump was elected, the argument against him was Trump as a person has shitty character, which I’m sure even a large portion of the people who voted for him also knew to be true, but they were voting for his policies irrespective of those flaws. I also understand that some people just want to yell into the void in frustration, in which case feel free to ignore what I just said.

As far as policy positions go, you might want to consider whether candidates walk the walk or just talk the talk. I certainly can’t trust people who frequently promote debunked lies. There’s little question in my mind that Trump and RKK2 do that far more frequently than most candidates, including Biden. Besides, candidates have policy positions that can’t be trusted after the election. Look at Trump on gender, abortion, the deficit, etc. Character matters, and egregious liars can’t be trusted.

Reich was simply recounting some basic, easily verifiable facts -- and the most rational conclusion that those facts point to. For example: RFK Jr is still _bragging_ about his _active role_ in making the Samoan measles outbreak far worse than it should have been; RFK Jr. lied (multiple lies, about the measles vaccination, about measles treatment, and about the measles outbreak itself), went out of his way to push his facts-adverse position in Samoa (in person, even) both before and during the measles epidemic -- and a whole lot of children needlessly died as a direct result. That is not someone who is qualified to lead a country.

As a person with autism, I think we need to actually work on getting rid of it over time, there is no benefit to having autism and autism acceptance only stunts our quality of life.

Norway has almost a 99% childhood MMR vaccination rate but a much lower autism rate than the US. There is NO link between vaccinations and autism. Some have suggested that the north American diet (laced with antibiotics) and the overuse of antibiotics in children may have a role in causing autism. RFKjr used his family name to have a meeting with the prime minister of Samoa and convinced the man to curtail all childhood MMR vaccinations. Later there was a measles outbreak that killed 82 people who were not vaccinated, mostly children.

Murcury was taken out of vaccines in 1999, and the rate of autism has not gone down, doesn't that tell you something? And there are not more people today that have autism than in the past, it's just that doctors are recognizing it more now than they did forty or fifty years ago.

Second, RFK is not well enough known for national head-to-head polling to tell you anything (in which case, what even is your source?).
