Honestly, Maze only betrays Lucifer when he does something bad to her. *Spoiler* Like when she betrayed him after he didn't tell her that her mother was still alive. He did promise Lilith he wouldn't tell her children the truth, but Maze still felt betrayed because she thought Lucifer was her friend.

@@amberharris3065 Let's be honest: Maze probably didn't care for her mother before they left hell, now she's changing and somehow cares, but Lucifer probably still thinks that not telling Maze isn't a big deal since she doesn't even like her mother (like how, when he's telling the story of the ring he says to Trixie to not tell maze that he said that she looked like Lilith)

@@kron4x She hates her, yes, but since she's been on Earth, Maze has been changing. The only reason why she wanted to know the story was because of talking to Linda about her mother's abandonment. She realizes that if her mother was there, she might have been a different person

I was like, did the quiz writers even watch the show with mazes description? Confident, she literally spent all of season 5 sad that she didn’t have a soul and Eve left her and she’ll never find anyone and her mother abandoned her. Loyal, she literally betrayed Lucifer for like the 6th time and teamed up with his evil twin.
