We have a new playthrough! Finally! We have wanted to do more playthroughs for so long, and even though we are not 100% happy with the setup, we are now able to do so again.

We are just discovering CoB with this new Special Edition. So excited that we got it... we weren't sure so we didn't splurge on the acrylic, but I wish I had! -- I was really glad to see this play through with the vineyards expansion demonstrated. We have played 4 times so far. 3 with just the tile expansions (except the white inns) and 1 with the trade routes expansion. Vineyards will be next. The only time I won the game against my hubby was when I went heavy into the livestock -- got all the Cows I could and in the last generation when I finished my 5 space pasture, I scored almost 30 points for the cows (i had 4/5 of my pasture as cows) and the finishing of the area.

Thanks for the video guys. Our Kickstarter Edition turned up and this was a helpful reminder of how the vineyards work.

Love how you two relate to each other as you play. And the Dire Straits reference at 46:32 had me ROFL! 😂 Good playthrough and solid quality. I'd watch more of these!

Was the quality ok in this one? I am not 100% happy, but we’ll try to make them better, and to do more of them going forward!

@@BoardGamingRamblings I think the video quality was fine. I could see everything and there were no autofocus issues. Occasionally, I wish you both would be a bit clearer when describing your actions. Sometimes you would do an action quickly with little comment and for most, such as simply taking a building into your holding area it works, fine, but on more complicated actions, it was not always clear. Still, a very enjoyable experience, and I like that you two are competing to win. When you get a chance, having a off camera green screen close up shot, so you can show cards in detail will help. Obviously, this was not needed in CoB, but for other games it will help viewers follow along and it can aid your game play explanations. I know it's more investment, but if its an options, it can really help play throughs. And I am anxious for my KS copy to arrive so my wife and I can experience the Vineyard expansions. CoB is one or our all time favorite games.

Dinosaurs WAS great. I'm the baby, gotta love me! In other news, this game looks great and it's the only version of this game I want to own but it's just so damn expensive...

Nice to finally see the vinyards expansion in play. Great playthrough and love Johannes' song snippets and filler while Sunniva thinks through her turns! I keep refreshing my Gamefound account about every hour to see if my copy has shipped yet. Current BGG forums say early shipments going out seem to be for people who didn't get the 3D and acrylic tiles. I didn't get the 3D but still REALLY want to get my copy! Thanks for the playthrough!

Beautiful game. I love this version of CofB. I messed up though and missed the pledge manager so I got to figure out how to get a copy with the acrylic tiles. 😊

That was honestly a great playtbrough. Love the vineyard expansion and bonuses. Hearing the acrylic makes me wanna play this version so bad!!

No yellow tiles that score endgame points is weird to see. My wife loves those tile and beats me every time with it. Can't wait for my copy to arrive!
