Egie Asemota Almost all of Suess's books have some kind of meaning and message to them. The Butter Battle Book explains the Cold War, but also makes it clear that it's a stupid, pointless war by making the war in the book over which side the people butter their bread on. The Sneetches is an indictment of both racism and the urge to Keep up with the Joneses. The Lorax warns the reader to be careful with the resources mother nature gives or else they might not be there in the end. Green Eggs and Ham urges people not to say they don't like something until they've actually tried it. And that's only the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

TokenBlackman7 Hehe. Oh yes... That man had a very dark and disturbing mind. >:) I personally suggest Charlie and the Chocolate Factory because that's the most well known and has the most adaptations, but any of his books could be a good jump off point.

I Like it. I don't usually comment but I watch this channel every day and thug notes is by far my favorite. I think analysing the stories we tell the kids is important. Some of of us are parents. Some of us will become parents. I'm not a parent personally, but I think everyone would like to see the next generation to be shaped by stories that don't express ideas we need to leave behind like racism or sexism. And do express ideas we can all generally get behind... like... nazis are bad. I'd also like to say the video on do quihote was by far my favorite!
