Dog trainer Moo is trying to teach her new pooch how to behave after losing her champion dog who died in his sleep. Moo has serious trouble even getting passed the basic training as her new pooch Lady Penelope just won't obey her at all.

I've just realised at 3:19 you can see a tv crew member run in from the right in a pink jacket - probably trying to get the dog to run to her for that part of the scene using a silenced whistle or something.
