Praise be Jesus Christ. I have always been running back to my old bad habits throughout and still continue at times. However, my prayers were always answered throughout supernaturally and I can't think of anyone but Jesus christ Holyspirit acting in my life which I cudnt recongnize. As of late I was a continuous smoker and one fine day I quit, throwing my full packet away and not having the need to, all thanks to Jesus Christ. I still battle some evils and I know that the devil is like a prowling lion waiting to devourer souls. But my hope and trust is in the LORD Jesus Christ and I know by repenting and staying focused on Christ and not only hearing or speaking the word of GOD but trying and practicing it,we all can overcome this evil, cos GOD our LORD Jesus Christ has beaten this evil on that cross and given us this to lean onto. Our lives are this meaning, that we keep understanding our evils like lust, greed, gluttony, anger, jealousy, hatred, materialism, gossip and pride and with the cross our LORD JESUS CHRIST we repent truly, learn the scriptures quote it when we are battling and about to sin and live on. This is our purpose of existence along with the other normal lives we live. In Jesus Christ name we pray amen.

Father in todays Gospel preaching you are urging us to proclaim Jesus on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. But many a times one is reluctant to do so because people immediately disconnect from you and sometimes also make unpleasant remarks. Of course you may say that one should not bother but one is afraid of getting disconnected. Father I myself lost my husband to Covid in the year 2020. Of course after going through all the pain and grief I received my strength from God and God alone who never leaves me and is always with me. Hence when I am asked how I manage alone I simply tell that I am not alone but I have A Great Big Wonderful God who is always with me and in. I have become more courageous than what I was with God always with me and in me as I go to church every day for mass and receive the Eucharist. I quote Isaiah 41:10

the bondage I pray for is for my catholic brothers and sisters who say that Jesus is not in the eucharist. I pray for our Lord to help them to come to know his presence in the eucharist. Father please pray for our Lord to bless me with the grace love peace and mercy that i need to keep on holding on to Jesus and to pray for our catholic brothers and sisters to come back to faith. to come back to church, to the Eucharist, to the sacraments .. to our Mother.

Dear Fr Warner - Two facts are highlighted in this gospel which you explained so well - one was that Jesus had absolute control over demons, who in this instance, terrified after Jesus cast them out of the demoniac, begged to enter a herd of swine & plunged into the sea & second the gratitude of the man who wanted to follow Jesus. Instead he was told to proclaim God's mercy throughout the countryside.. Lord help us to break the chains that bind & prevent us from seeking you. We need to testify to all the mercies you have shown us & proclaim the Good News. God bless you 🙏 💕

Thank you Fr. Warner for today's reflection. That portrayal of Jesus walking on water and trampling the home of Satan is something I won't ever forget. Almost 15 years ago, when I became Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist, Jesus broke my chains and set me free from a habit I had been struggling to get out of. It taught me that when we give a small little bit to Jesus, He blesses and gives us in great abundance, much more than we deserve and ask for. Blessed be God forever!

What i have seen in today's reading is the power of the presence of Jesus when the demoniac bowed before Jesus and addressed Him as son of the most high God and who was able to cast out the demon into the pigs, we need to believe in Jesus who can break any of our chains, provided we come and ask for His help,we can always pray for people bound by chains of unforgivness that they may be set free. Thanks, Father for the reflection.God bless.

Father, I can only share Jesus if I have first encountered Him. Not share Him with others means that our own faith is under question mark. Your prayer said it all why we don't share our faith with others. God be with you.

Heard your sermon during mass and the 9am teaching on how we can proclaim the Lord in our daily lives. Very inspiring indeed. We have the crucifix outside our door vis a vis the gods of other faith on our neighbours doors. Also I assure my prayers for healing to all my hindu friends. Surprisingly one of them asked me to send Psalm 23. Yes we can use social media for proclamation

Sometimes, in my own life, I, too find myself in such a situation, though not physically, but mentally, at times disturbed with my own problems. And I have failed to seek the Lord's help. But the Lord, knowing what I am going through, rescues me from the bondage of chains. Let me, too, like the person in today's Gospel, stay close to my Lord, thanking and glorifying His name. Thank you Fr. for today's reflection, reminding me that I, too, need to proclaim the Lord's word. Also, thanking you for your prayers, especially, for all bound in chains, both physically and mentally. As always, my prayers for you, Dad and family. AMEN!

Plus whatever we do whether therapy via a doc or a preacher or any religious leader. Remeber to always start with Jesus Christ the word of God and prayer and fast and charity yourselves, as GOD our LORD Jesus Christ has given us all the Holy Spirit and he is within us always wheather we know it or not to remind us of what Jesus taught us. But as we all know human chose the tree of the knowledge of good and evil so we have to also read our bibles know the word in order to battle our own demons and the evil attack from anyone else. Know that it is not flesh and bones we are fighting but the evil spirits of this world. Hence Jesus said to pray for those who persecute you cos he knew its not the individuals fault rather its the evil that control human especially those who do not know the word and the way the truth and the life n who don't from their heart (cos GOD knows our hearts) and don't practise them. God bless us all and may the Holy Spirit be our guide.in Jesus name we pray amen.
