The guy reporting this is wrong about a lot of it. One, there is a transcript of the secret meeting. There were more than just the prosecution and the witness in that meeting. Its actually being presented tomorrow during the trial. The prosecution was complaining about the witness not cooperating. During the meeting, Lil Woody said he was going to plead the fifth. Lil Woody has a deal in place with the prosecution for immunity for his testimony. The judge informed Woody that he could possibly be sent back to jail for the duration of the trial and also face prison time for any crime he's implicated in if he pleads the fifth. Woody then said that he'll just lie and say he did it. Woody has already admitted to lying to investigators during his examination. Woody is a totally unreliable witness. It does cause a problem with the murder, but there are other witnesses and evidence. The judge, however, may be removed from the case due to that secret meeting...
