Hello, Good Morning. Mark, at 12:00, you drew a [Board] viewing on TV. It would be the starboard side of (S Corp). Question: if the LLC formation was Member-Managed and not a board of directors, can the S Corp still have a [Board]? Or does the [Board] in your diagram for (S Corp) represent an operational board of advisors, not a board of directors?

Hey Mark, if my neighbors kid manages my rental property can I 1099 their parent and they pay the kid with no witholding? (The kid is under 18 and does not smell like an employee)
