China has opened dozens of “overseas police service stations” around the globe, including Nigeria, to observe its nationals living abroad.
In Europe, the locations include London, Amsterdam, Prague, Budapest, Athens, Paris, Madrid and Frankfurt.
North America is also home to four of the stations, with three locations in Toronto and one in New York City. In all, there are 54 such stations in 30 different countries.
In Nigeria, the Fuzhou-Run overseas police “Service Station” is said to be located in Benin City, Edo State.
Efforts to reach Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the spokesperson of the Nigerian Police Force, proved abortive as phone calls and messages sent have been unanswered.
However, SP Chidi Nwanbuzor, the Police Public Relations Officer in Edo State Police Command, said he was not aware of the development.

Non Africans go to Africa to use and manipulate Africans, for the purpose of exploiting them to gain access to their resources. Africa needs no one, yet others need Africa. Lots of lands in the world that need help. People aren’t flocking there to help, because those lands do not have the abundance of resources that are in Africa. A sovereign country refers to a country which has a defined territory and has an independent government. It is not subject to or dependent on any other foreign power. England, France and USA , control laws in Africa by force using sanctions if Africa don’t comply and Africa depends on the western world for everything therefore Nigeria is not a sovereign country

Korean here, let me present a history lesson. The "real Chinese" people are the Han Ethnicity in the south eastern part of China. The rest are buffer states that were conquered by Mao. China's historical name is "The Middle Kingdom". Because throughout history, the Middle Kingdom told the surrounding little kingdoms what to do, and the little kingdoms obeyed, including the Korean kingdom. Whenever a Chinese envoy came to Korea with a letter from the Chinese Emperor, the Korean king would bow down to the floor first and then hold out his hands to receive the letter. This happened for centuries. Today, the Communist Chinese believe they are the successors of the Middle Kingdom and wants to control BEYOND Asia. Today, luckily Korea, Japan, Philippines, and other small Asian countries are mostly independent of China. BUT the Middle Kingdom is rising again. Africa is China's target because the smaller Asian countries know the Middle Kingdom's history and will resist falling into the same trap.

The USA does the same thing. But we build walls around the hospital and police station and call it a..."base". I lived in Djibouti Africa. Djiboutians can't come on base to use the hospital and would get killed if they tried, since they would have to get thru about 4 checkpoints.

Every country has the right to protect their culture, their language, their ancient traditions from non-native people, even if those non-native people believe they are coming with benevolent intentions. Too often people go to other countries and expect those countries to change to accommodate the visitors and immigrants. When the local population does not allow this to happen, when the local population resists, they are accused of being racist. But it isn't racist to prefer one's own culture, language and beliefs, especially when that culture has existed in that land for a thousand years. Im Nigerian and I've never heard of this. Im aware of the greedy government always borrowing from China which we've been protesting. There are so many comments online of Nigerians speaking on that. This is the first im hearing of this. They own supermarkets and businesses here and the few I've interacted with were nice. Thanks for the info.

People of African decent should always ask themselves what European or Asian country can they go to and set uo their own community. Where can they have hospitals, restaurants, businesses etc... that only caters to their own. I find it EXTREMELY RUDE FOR CHINESE TO build a community in an African country that is exclusively for them.

One greatest weakness in Nigeria is lawlessness.....the country doesn't have a stable legal system and this makes outsiders to easily encroach into their territory........I have interracted with a good number of Nigerians and most laws are not implemented.

This is already an unequal relationship between both these nations of people. The Chinese have already shown their hand and it is to secure land, minerals and resources. Depending on the campaign it will be slow and calculated while other campaigns are robust. The Chinese are plainly showing the African nations this. It is for Africans to be proactive and to be strategic in counter measures regarding these things. Today it is hospitals and police stations, tomorrow it will be places of higher learning and courtrooms welding judicial power. You do not always need great numbers to establish a shift in power dynamics, just take a look at South Africa. The Chinese agenda is set to make a solid footprint in Africa, the indigenous people need to be keen to that!

I've been telling everybody that the Chinese investing in Africa was not because they love africans. It's a strategic move. Their vision is that after most of the Africans are wiped out through world war iii and other means like other conflicts that happen. That all the investments they've made in Africa's infrastructure. Chinese will be able to move to these lands and utilize the natural resources.
