What happened to this man does not meet the legal definition of the R word. Maybe SA under a university policy definition, but he never once resisted verbally or physically, was willfully intoxicated, and did not report it or resist once he came down. It sounds like he got intoxicated and consented to gay sex and regrets it years later and is throwing around the R word. This is literally what the portion of insidious, attention-seeking elements of the me too movement did in some cases. Even if this chinese man were to concede every fact of his story in a court of law, he could not be found guilty of the R word, or even SA
