Ingredients:
sugar: 220 g (7.8 oz)
butter: 80 g (2.8 oz)
whipping cream: 200 ml (6.8 fl oz)
roasted peanuts: 170 g (6 oz)
mint: 1 g (0 oz)
The cream:
whipping cream: 450 ml (15 fl oz)
cheese cream: 150 g (5.3 oz)
boiled condensed milk: 200 g (7.1 oz)
hydrated gelatine: 30 g (1.1 oz)
The glaze:
melted milk chocolate: 450 g (16 oz)
dough:
eggs: 2 pc
sugar: 70 g (2.5 oz)
flour: 50 g (1.8 oz)
cocoa: 30 g (1.1 oz)
baking powder: 8 g (0.3 oz)
vanilla sugar: 10 g (0.4 oz)

I'm a chocolatier. For untrained people this recipe is doomed to fail. Firstly they don't show how to melt the chocolate to have it tempered. Secondly for that thick a layer it needs to be done several times. Thirdly there's not a snowballs chance in hell to get it out of the mould without it breaking. I stopped watching after that

You can omit Pecans in place of peanuts. They will taste better! This may be hard for some, but there are short cuts to desserts if you desire to do them. 😋

Roasted peanuts ( well any nut would ruin it for me. Peanuts and cashews especially as they leave a tingling feeling in my mouth especially when I gulp.

Not to disparage your content, which is very good, but I hate how KZfaq rewards these kinds of titles, and how channels can repeat titles over and over in their videos with impunity. It's dumb. But I think it says more about the human population.
