butter: 80 g (2.8 oz)
whipping cream: 250 ml (8.5 fl oz)
peanuts: 100 g (3.5 oz)
ice: 50 g (1.8 oz)
raspberry: 6 g (0.2 oz)
lime: 1 pc
frozen raspberries: 100 g (3.5 oz)
sugar: 50 g (1.8 oz)
water: 500 ml (17 fl oz)
lime juice: 5 ml (0.2 fl oz)
cheese cream: 80 g (2.8 oz)
powdered sugar: 100 g (3.5 oz)
whipping cream: 200 ml (6.8 fl oz)
melted dark chocolate: 20 g (0.7 oz)
hydrated gelatine: 20 g (0.7 oz)

It is simple, but it has one too many steps and too much sugar. Making the bowls and adding fresh fruit might be a better idea.

Simple. Im not sure we have the same definition but it looks really good… but raspberry water with lime goes with this how. And why not refrigerate it? Much more refreshing… Idk I fkn love raspberries but I don’t want hot sugary raspberry water :/ just pouring it over ice doesn’t d make it cold. I’d quadruple it and refrigerate then after fillin with ice, fill 1/2 with it, 1/4 limeade and top with club soda or maybe vodka 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think a raspberry lime drink sounds good. But even after all those steps, all those hours of freezing and chilling, all of that chocolate… it’s just not appealing. And those serving sizes are way too large

I have two issues with this recipe. Firstly I would not use a plastic container to make a mould for the desert - too many toxins in the plastic. Secondly, it was a reasonable recipe until the Cola was added. This ruined the whole thing.
