I realize it's another World but the government should find a way to 1) have receptacles available for garbage 2) regularly pick up the garbage 3) supply garbage bags and pay people's $1.00 for every bag they collect and bring to the recycling/waste disposal center. For 10M US they can clean up the whole town.

I used to live in Britain for 8 years in from 2003-2011. While I was there I visited Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Brighton, Swansea, Cardiff and Birmingham. I usually just worked low paying minimum wage jobs and didn't go to school but was the same as many foreigners working there at the time who also had some university education but were there mostly just to live in London and travel. When I lived in London and went on a small trip that I could afford I would usually go with Ryanair to places more different than my everyday surroundings so I never went to Ireland or more places in Britain. When I lived in London I once took the bus to Syria in 2006, went to Albania twice and Kosovo in 2003, Barcelona, Palermo, Marseille, Venice, Florence, París, Amsterdam, Mauretannia including the train ride through the Sahara in 2004, Morocco twice, Turkey twice including parts of eastern Turkey, Georgia in 2007, Lithuania, Latvia, Sofia, Bucharest, Oslo, Belgrade, Trieste, Awshwitz and Krackow, Prague, the Ukraine in 2005 (Odessa, Uzhgorod, Liviv, Kiev), Kosice and Bratislava.
