Tinashe should have asked the young lady how the second kuuchika process was conducted. Given the fact that she was the first to suggest the DNA testing and coupled by the highest level of confidence she had that the dude was the child's father. There are chances that she was tricked somehow at one of the kuuchika processes but she didn't realize. She might be 22 but she doesn't appear mature enough.
