I own over 400 knives and daggers. This is hands down the deadliest combat blade I have ever owned in my life. I love it. It's truly a blade for Armageddon when all hell has broken loose.

@@carzoparazzo9698 I have several, including double edge Karambits and this blade is far more deadly than any Karambit I own. The knuckle guard covers all the fingers (unlike a karambit) and it has a skull crusher pommel which I have never seen on any Karambit. The blade is also much larger than most Karambits which makes it easier to hit an opponent's vital organs. I modified mine by removing the knuckle divider with a Dremel tool and using paint stripper to remove the black coating from the blade. I also lowered factor bevel on both sides of the blade for improved sharpness.

OK although I did carry the Cold Steel PeaceKeeper 1 through deployment, and used it, I would not carry that chonker on my rig.

Born and bred in the Trenches of WW1, the worst place ever. The purpose was punch a sentry in the head, knock them unconscious so they can't scream, then use the blade to finish them off, hopefully a blade that could penetrate a German trench coat. See also French Nail.

Nice! I made a beautiful new red one (at the end of my latest vid) so I have this basketweave one laying around. It's a good knife for sure but with the right sheath, it's a great knife for "Potatoe Diggin" :)

Right? That's what I kept thinking too. I think it only felt fast cuz the POB is all in the handle but yeah, it was a bit of a chunker overall for sure.

If you take a Dremel tool and cut out the annoying divider connected to the knuckle guard like I did, it will drastically reduce the weight.

@@BigDaddySwingingMeat interesting idea, but it will compromise the strength for a punch blow. Wrapping the remaining guard with some FiberWeld would drastically strengthen it, but then you'd be adding weight back.

What utility would you use that for? I can’t even imagine… maybe to cut yourself out of a giant paper bag? All I could ever receive that cutting is paper. Not practical to cut anything else.
