I have to say, Danny Clover looks better today then he did back then...very handsome, not that he didn't look good then. What about the girl who was the widow of Celie's step-dad who her children were by? Or Celie's adult children who came back from Africa with her sister to meet her? or the young lady that was in the choir singing Shug Avery's song that made Shug go back to the church? I would like to see them. Thank you for sharing.

Carl Anderson had the wrong birth and death dates. (February 27, 1945 - February 24, 2004) Akosua Busia, since her father was a prince of the royal family of Wenchi, she is a princess.

Whoopi is what black entertainment is. I've loved her since Jumping jack flash she is everything! Some people have told me I have her smile. She is a force of nature no doubt 🦾

I remember Whoopi when she first came out on comedy stage and I remember her first words she was singing..."around, the world in 18 MF days...do dooby do...do dooby doo..do dooby do.........That's all I remember of that stand up comedy lol

4:54 - Margaret Avery. If that's truly her in 2020, that's amazing for a woman who's 75 years old. She can be seen in a few of the blackploitation films of the early 1970s.

Margret Avery got better with age! She looks a lot younger than the part she played in this movie! Laurence Fishbourne has put on a few pounds! Akosua got better looking with age too. Rae Dawn Chong is she still acting because I haven't heard from her in a long time! Whoopi loves wearing them braids like in the Color Purple!
