It shows how bad early designs were. It took them 3 years to get rid of consumable stat mods! I'm glad we're here today, but I won't applaud them for solving the issues that they needlessly created early. Still very glad we reached this level tho. I don't want to go back!

That wouldn't really make sense. Datto has many items that are not the best for the role or optimal at all but he has them because he enjoys using them. I am similar. I keep scouts because I enjoy using them but that doesn't make that decision optimal. Far from it actually as there is no real reason to play from the back of the map in this sandbox. Datto's decision making comes from a point of a casual or less than optimal player. Not that he's not optimal during worlds first raids or master raids but that the majority of his content is focused around getting people to that point and after that letting them make the decisions for themself.

​@ExpertRam you can't clean Cammys vault. Every single thing is for a specific build he's already done or a build idea he's working on. Guy min maxes his stats, perks and aspects to a ridiculous degree, it's all needed for what he does.

Usually 2 or 3 stats are all you need. I run max resilience at all times along with discipline. I don't find anything else that useful. On solar you have constant healing no need for recovery, same with void and devour. Mobility on warlock and titan are bad. Strength is pointless on a hunter. Decent on the other 2.

@@kh.754double and triple 100 stats isn’t necessary. Most of the builds have a way to get grenade energy back. Plus provide protection like devour. So now I run 90 and 80’s if it means I can add more such to my builds.

@@laurancebell3015 I just find every other stat useless aside from resilience lol. Recovery on anything but solar or void is nice, discipline is just fun for me.

@@laurancebell3015 Strength is useless, Int is worthless past T3, Mobility is limited. Having max Resil Recov Grenade is best for most builds.

yea im going to do the same when final shape comes out mainly to see how the exotic class items work just get like 3 main sets of legendary armor then get rid of the rest

Excellent question. Making sure someone in the fireteam has Cenotaph Mask is a big one, or Aeons if you dislike Warlocks or trace rifles for some reason. Other than that, make sure you have a decent ability loop from your class and subclass (Sunbracers, various Titan melee builds, Combination Blow, etc), and make sure you've got the weapon out that you LEAST want ammo drops for (you'll get more special ammo while holding your heavy and more heavy ammo while holding your special). Also, certain weapons lend themselves to double special more than others--perks like Lead from Gold or Deconstruct that improve your ammo economy, as well as archetypes like special sidearms and traces that have a better than normal ammo economy (rocket-assisted sidearms in particular are currently progressing ammo finders as fast as a primary, which is much faster than the rate specials usually get). In raids, you probably want to have a mechanics loadout and a separate DPS loadout, which can help with the ammo economy (optimal buildcrafting isn't gonna do anything if you spent all of your heavy just getting to DPS). Swapping from Forbearance, which clears several adds per shot if needed, to a DPS special like a sniper or Wilderflight that can't do that, is one way you can accomplish this. I haven't done as much double special since they fixed the heavy drops, but I do run it sometimes. It works fine provided you respect the ammo drop thing and have a very efficient add clear ability engine.

It’s worth sacrificing maybe 30-50 slots (dependant on how much PvP you play) of your vault for PvP 15 slots for Armor for each Class and then 15 slots for Weaponry (primary and special) do not use slots for heavy weapons as for the most part PVP heavy weapons are overkill and you will most likely be using an Eager edge sword anyway

I think there are some tips out there/faster farms than us, we just do 1 warlock on Sunbracers/RoF and 2 Orpheus hunters
