I'm loving these 15mm videos! I made up a 15mm for Five Parsecs and they turned out great. I think the smaller terrain is an underappreciated aspect of 15mm. Much less resin/filament required. I don't use a reference model, but that's a great idea! I've used a 15mm diameter cylinder to scale my models and that seems to work ok.

Yeah the terrain bit is a huge advantage. I recently got pretty tempted to do the same sort of project in 32 mm but then I got to the terrain bit and how much room I’d need to make the same sort of game and gave up 😂

Something that people need to take into account when scaling is if a model has been modelled to have magnets placed in them, than you'll have to use glue which eliminates the possibility of being able to customize models as you may want to do.

Do you know if figures printed at 15mm are any more durable than at 32mm? I know some recommend using stronger resin for gaming figures or mixing detail and strength resins.

I normally use abs like resin for my minis. I’d say some of the figures made for the smaller scale might be more durable because they tend not to have lots of little bits sticking out. These ones that I’ve been scaling down probably aren’t more durable, most likely less because of the tiny little parts, but I’ve dropped them a few times and so far they’ve survived.
