This railway has all but disappeared, but I hope this little production will shed some light on it's origins and stand as a testament to those who realise their dreams, large or small.

If you are the producer of this piece then many thanks. As one of the people mentioned in the video I can say that this encapsulates the entire story in a nutshell. Major's narrative coupled with excellent shots and editing make it worthy of being the definitive record of the railway. I have a copy of this along with my other Holywath railway documentation. Rosie Hext was indeed a star. Thank you.

The loco lives on in nearby Millom on the west coast of Cumbria. Cared for by a skilled model engineer.
