When she said emotional trauma and extreme grief 😭😭😭 these videos should be played in every driving school and everyone should be forced to watch them before getting their license or renewing license. No family should have to live out the rest of their lives in this pain. 3 beautiful babies gone.

They show this and worse at every school across the country yet still the leading cause of death among teens 16 to 19 is car accidents. Just because they are, it does not mean they don't think, that will never happen to me.

Thank you both for this video and telling the story. In today’s world there’s so many options to avoid driving drunk. Anyone can get an Uber or Lyft or call a friend or cab. Very sad.

I am from Basile Louisiana and it's a horrible story to hear. I am a recovering alcoholic and I have not ever drove while drinking not even one sip is okay.

As a mom (I have only one child but that doesn't matter mom is mom) I can't even imagine.... I am soooo sorry! My condolences to your family! I saw a lot DUI arrest Docus, it is horrible how many people driving under the Influence! Because they think they still can drive! I am a ICU Nurse for Decades and I know the Impact on the body and everything else! But still to loose your kids... That is horrific!

May I ask what kind of vehicle were the family in? I study vehicles crash worthiness. Seeing the footage of crashed vehicle you wouldn't think anyone lived but God wasn't ready for the 2 that lived. I pray for everyone involved and God bless you.

Im trying to figure out the seating and wonder whhy the 2 sitting behind the seats didnt survive. The one sitting in the middle did survive but she was asleep as well. Do cadillacs have backseat airbags?

Unfortunately Ray wasn't hurt physically from the crash and I think that is why he is struggling to talk about the way he was told his 3 youngest babies were killed.

I've read multiple reports quick to indicate that Lindy, who was driving, had her seat belt on, but never any word about anyone else wearing one. Only that it wasn't known if the other drunk driver was wearing his seat belt.

The drunk got ejected. Seatbelt or not the crash was too much

@hollykane4000 I get why seatbelts wouldn't matter to the front passengers, but perhaps the backseat could've survived. My kids are in their 20s, but I still ensure they're wearing them.

Katie recently said that Christopher had marks on his body from his seat belt. Other times she's said that everyone in their car had one on.

@@Mike_Daddy Dawn made it clear when giving presentations every one in the car was wearing seat belts . And one of many things i admire about Dawn , she never says anything bad about the drunk driver that hit them and killed her 3 children .
