If anything, I'm willing to give Chris Pratt a chance. I know a bunch of people hated the fact Chris Pratt is mario but I liked it. When I watched the trailer with my brothers, we agreed that his mario impression was good since Mario & Luigi never really spoke English in any of there games, only in there shows. But overall, I'm glad were getting a Mario movie and I know the cast will do great.

The Internet, a place where every childish Twitter users can express their hatred towards literally EVERYTHING, including two lines from Chris Pratt’s Mario. Personally, I’m fine with the voice, and I’m sure he’ll sound better when we get a new trailer in the future. I’m not sure if he’s going for a Brooklyn accent (like in the old Mario cartoons), but I’d be perfectly fine with that if it were the case. I’m always gonna stay positive for the movie no matter the qualities.

I think Chris Pratt playing as Mario was a good choice and hearing his voice made me think that Chris will do fine. I just hate that some OG Mario fans hate the voice because of 2 lines being spoken; Plus Chris Pratt having a struggle on what to say could be because he barely remembers his childhood when he was talking about Mario. I honestly hate that people are hating on the choices for the movie and are barely giving the movie a chance.

I’m actually happy that Chris Pratt is voicing as Mario! Although it would be awesome for Charles Martinet to be in the movie. Chris Pratt does deserve more credit in animated movies.

People will get hot and bothered by anything these days and they clearly don't see people's eardrums exploding if Mario sounded all high-pitched like he does in the games. This is MOVIE MARIO folks, not the video game Mario.

Still giving the guy a humor and a chance, I mean Chris rocks as Star lord, but still it’s only a few lines and will certainly look forward to how he plays, we till got 6 months, so it’ll be interesting, besides the voices are interesting so far, still no sign of DK or Peach but I’m looking forward to it. Still i can’t believe they reacted that bad, oh wow, well fingers crossed it’ll go well, Sonic’s movies did good so I have good hopes for the Mario movie.

I think Pratt will do fine. Like you said having to spend over an hour with his high pitched voice would get old fast. Plus Martinet always just did his Italian gibberish and we’ve heard Mario speak English in other products so I see no problem with him being played by Pratt here.

This controversy is ridiculous in my opinion, I say I do not deny that I had my doubts at the beginning with Chris Pratt to do the voice of Mario, but after hearing his performance in the trailer I really loved it, although he does not have the Italian accent that many expected, but it is incredible to hear Mario's voice in this movie because you really feel that it is a young man who is there both surprised and impressed by what he is seeing

Honestly, out of all seriousness I think that all of the voices are pretty good and fairly accurate except Mario's, however the Mario voice still isn't that bad and is probably the best second option for Mario's voice in the movie besides Charles martinet. I'm willing to give Chris Pratt a chance since I don't hate his voice for Mario even though it can never be replaced by the legendary voice of Charles martinet, I think Chris Pratts voice works pretty well I like the concept too of Mario and Luigi having voices similar to the super Mario bros super show. Even though i hate chris pratt as mario; Making a pentation for him to get fired is something that i think is a bit far. With jack black as bowser; i loved it because he gave me a really good first impression. While chris just didn't for me. Not to mention that if charles was recasted to be mario; Then he could've easily done a different take on him. Heck maybe he could've done his actual voice for the red plumber. Also for the designs (At least for mario, luigi, ect) I don't like. Except bowser, kamek and the troops since they look really good!
