The suspension sure gets a workout on that siding trackage. Great video.

A part of the Job we Don’t hear much about. Run out of hours and train is tied down some times for an entire shift since there are crew shortages Thanks to PSR.

The tracks around there sure look like they could use a little ballast help, lots of rock and rolling.

255/256 doesn’t go through St. Louis. It’s on the Springfield-Hannibal district

Nice footage of NS, think 🤔 they refer to that as the crews time is outlawed, they can definitely sit at a red block for awhile waiting on other traffic!🛤🚂

Awesome video, surprised they haven’t ballasted that siding track yet.👍🏼

Another fab video Spike! Something you font hear about the crew beeing out of hours & still have to finish their shift no matter how long it takes, must be very frustrating for them. No doubt shortage of drivers & conductor at times. 😊👍

Great catches again. Not sure if you plan on getting out anytime over the next week or so but beware of the high temps. Heat stroke can creep up quick when it's going to be this hot out.

I’m heading out tomorrow morning for just a few hours then I’m taking the next few days off it’s going to be too hot…. And it’s only June ugh…. Thank you so much for watching

They did make it to Peru but tied it down behind 30N close to the Grant street crossing.

It's the NS way. Years ago when CN would get traffic bound for Canada This train came down from Oleans The slow orders on the Buffalo were Un believable 10 mph or 25 mph No wonder half the time it never made CPGJ
