Mantooth your right. They cannot arrest you right then and there for a refusal to search. However depending upon the circumstances they can detain you for up to 72 hours in which during that time they have to find something to actually arrest you for in order to bring charges forth. If they dont bring charges against you in that time frame they are required to let you go. However this law in itself is verrrry problematic and essentially straight up bs imo. For example my gf got a call from her cousin asking for a ride. She obliged and went and picked him up. As they left his apt they got swarmed by local swat teams who had been watching him for suspected selling of drugs. She was placed on a detainer and had to sit in jail the whole weekend simply because she was driving the vehicle that he was in. They did find narcotics but only in his backpack and on his person. The rest of the vehicle had nothing illegal in it whatsoever however they still decided to book her in jail. Ultimately come monday morning they let her go because they had nothing on her and could not file any charges. This is im assuming essentially the same kind of thing that happened to meek after refusing the search.

DeadBeat Hasko I hear what you sayin. 69 was in more of a jam then Meek ever been in that’s fasho 💯. I give Meek the benefit of the doubt because he had to climb his way up the mountain unlike these rappers nowadays who get big off of 1 viral moment. It’s debatable whether meek should have even spoke on the situation that’s for sure because I think he should have left it alone because he too old and supposed to be focusing on more positive shit. All In all I respect Meek. I’ve watched him since the nappy braids and in my opinion he has had one of the most authentic come ups of any rapper in the game. He always been for the black struggle and black empowerment too which is also dope. I will say he’s probably been infected by the fame, women, and money. But 9 outa ten people would too and I think he’s handled it relatively smooth. Also he shouldn’t have went at Drake but it’s not whether you take an L it’s what you do after you take the L and he bounced back even harder after his biggest L of his career which is impressive after everyone tried to cancel him. Anyways I don’t know the nigga so that’s just my opinion I like his music. You should check out Mozzy tho he’s one of the realest rappers out there trust me I’m from his section and he has a whole army behind him ready for whatever wit no play round.

Reed Dollaz held the number 1 spot. basically Meek Mill was in Headshotz, and Reed Dollaz was in Top Klass, both sides was beefing in the streets, Gillie Da Kid was aware of this and made them freestyle against eachother even more.

I feel his pain I been fighting a case for 2 years and almost 9 months every time I went to court or it was supposed to get dismissed they rescheduled a court date 2 months later and gave me classes I needed to take to get it done I have court this Monday hopefully it gets dismissed so I can be free 😔🙏🏽
