I played The Culling Origins when it was free, I had fun for like 3 days and then it shut down. It was fun but it wasn't great, if they bring that back on PC and make it free for a while then charge like $5 on steam and actually take it seriously I'm sure it'd bring tons of new players to it.

It’s crazy. They had a great game right in front of them.. And a Great fan base. Than they got greedy. There was no Love. No effort. No Reason. No passion. They just wanted money. It’s truly sad cause I supported this game a lot. Loved the game Rip

They pretty much destroyed what little bit of goodwill that they had left. They pulled their pants down and laid out a Big Ol' Fudge Dragon on the faces of their fan-base/customers. This token nonsense is one of the DUMBEST moves that I've ever seen a developer/publisher make. Tokens died with the arcades, and they're built designed to suck every last dime out of the player! You set the price low and sell cosmetics, that's it. If the game is good, then people will play it, which means they will stay in the game and eventually purchase something. Breaking even at the original point of sale is NOT a bad thing if it gets customers/players to into the game. If they buy-in, then you will see revenue generation. Most companies understand this and you can see it all throughout the gaming industry. I mean, Sony and Microsoft lose a ton of money on hardware/console sales. It takes them years to see even the smallest bit of profit from hardware. They make the majority of their money from software and that's something that'll never change. If you, as a company, are unable to accept that, then maybe this industry isn't for you. The profit margins can be ridiculously high compared to other industries, but it takes more time to actually see the returns.
