I compared the DWX to a $4K Wilson combat 1911 and the slide and trigger felt just as smooth. I like the DWX grip better though

I have the same grips. I'm loving this DWX. It's so great and the price is great for what you get. My trigger is running 2.5lbs currently

The sig p210 bull barrel lockup is genius. The full size slide compact frame is wicked, wish they made a compact with rails. Great job on the cerakoat.

I’m with you on hoping that Dan Wesson comes out with “grip modules” especially the compact one, seeing as I’ve seen that the full size slide works with the compact frame.

Excellent setup, the Omnivore is an excellent option as well, the bonus is you can utilize it for any other gun with the Surefire light…

Nice pistola you got there. My sights where way off from the factory. The first thing i did was get rid of those awful red grips and mag pads! Either you love them or hate them seems to be no middle ground. My trigger is a little heavy for my liking ill put a few more hundred rounds thru it to see if it gets any better. If not ill do a trigger job on it. Thanks for the video.

I was at triggercon and after shooting the DWX that CZ had available, I looked at the guy and said "I would buy this in a heartbeat if it was optics ready." And he just looked at me like 😐

I put those Lok palm swell grips on my Shadow 2 and Compact. Your hands just melt into them. Put them on a Hi Power. Unbelievably comfortable.

I have a czc A-01 LD and the dwx shares the same mags. Can't decide if I just get the dwx cut and run it in limited optics for or get it optic cut with ports.

I’d say it’s somewhat similar from my experience the best way I can describe it is it feels just a bit slower than the staccato which feels more snappy to me

I was hoping to be able to buy q compact frame and use the same fcu but the reason i and thinking it might not work is the compact doesntnutilize the p10 series mags, they use the cz75 series mags

Did you have to modify the Omnivore to get the Safariland mount bracket to fit? Or did they finally update them to fit? It seems like the gun sits lower inside the holster than previously...

Depends on this I ground down a thicker plate so it fit perfect but that’s because I had to use the a model for the holster I prefer the b model

If you could, give me your take on the DWX v Staccatto P and XC. I’m considering one of those and not sure which to get. It seems like they each have their benefits. Is the XC that much faster than the P? Worth the extra 2K?

So I’d say I enjoy the dwx more than the stacatto p but the xc is just in a different realm for twice the price it should be it’s like shooting a pellet gun.

I have a ported Dwx. Shoots similar to an XC. If you can wait, getting it ported makes it shoot like an XC for much less

No it’s not. Look where they put the serial number. Underneath the barrel. Also cz customer service non existent on phone on email. Going to sell my CZs and just buy another atlas don’t waste your money on a cz and also lots of their guns have no optic cuts. They sell new cz scheckmate with rust on it. Atf needs to keep them in check with safety. Skip it zev shoots better staccato shoots better. Cant compare any cz to any atlas pistols.

Seems like all Dan Wesson owners are full of it. So all I have to do is buy a DWX, make a bunch of changes to it and it might be able to compete with low end Staccato’s. Give me a break!
