This holds true for any "shamanic" practices. People should not blindly look to be shamans for giggles. Everything has an equal counterforce. And it is no joke just how fast and quick you can find yourself in a nasty place you did not know existed. This is no reason to fear just to respect. While I am not a devotee I love Sadhguru because he talks things like this that many new age people prefer to ignore.

I have watched all episodes of Mato Tipila 😳😐 Goosebumps and speechless on its power 🙇🙏 Was curiously waiting for this series from the day when Sadhguru guided us through a meditation from Mato Tipila. So I started meditation a few weeks ago but I noticed that the longer I did it and the more concentrated I was my head vibrated back and forth after some time it went circles I thought I was moving it myself so I tried to stop it coz at night I would feel like I'm vibrating in my sleep, yesterday I did like a 15 min meditation because I didn't want to do it for long nothing happened but at night I felt a surge of energy vibrating from my body I hope this is good coz I really benefit from the practice of meditating. I actually started meditation after seeing your clips and at that time I really needed an outlet and understanding of what I am more than the constant question of why I'm here.

It's understandable..... I just finished my meditation now for an hour & I enjoy the feeling. About the night, i.e. during sleep try concentrating your focus between your eyebrows and a keep increasing the height bit by bit till you can continuously focus your attention to the middle part of the forehead. Sleep straight when you try doing this. Hands and legs stretched out and just lay there, keep both your palms facing in same direction (upward or downward) & try getting your focus between your eyebrows. Don't force it, just let it happen naturally.

I didn't see these creatures or whatever they are. However, I did go through some things (but now I'm going to say that it didn't happen). I don't want to scare any one but I felt like I was being choked, decapitated, throat slit, hanged and more. However, after all of this I have to say "There is a zero frequency in all frequencies for this to have happened". You have to say this after this happens because you don't want it to return. Or, then you change it and say it DID NOT HAPPEN.

A friend of mine who is of Navajo blood has told me stories about people who have tampered with powers they shouldn't. Scary stuff. Conversely, I have heard from hoodoo practitioners who have learned how to balance "left hand" magic with "right hand". Balance is the key. That and being just, rather than predatory.

Please, would someone of the organisation be so kind to help to put the Hindi/ Sanskrit languages words on Wikipedia - these are used so often by Sadhguru and being from abroad there is no chance to understand certain contexts - especially the all the particular names that are given in Hindi or even sanskrit to describe this old understanding of growth and the nature of human existence , energies and the true nature of the world we have our physical existence in

Sanskrit is the oldest and most grammaticality correct language of the world. There are numerous words in Sanskrit, which do not have proper translations in English. Because such concepts do not exist in the west.
