Luckily, as far as the dangers are concerned, 99% of what is claimed to be nei kung is not really nei kung. Real nei kung has some specific dangers associated with it. The dangers discussed here have to do with your reasons for practicing nei kung. There are other dangers, because anything that is powerful has other inherent dangers.

The gift of glorious white energy that can effect others in positive ways, internal energy and health is the greatest. As well as hopefully coming better person for ones self and others. I feel these are the real gifts of Tien Shan and real Neikung ever humble in the presence of the masters.

Would you say that self-actualization is a good reason? It seems fine but could from a certain point of view be seen as similar to a simple desire for power by some (as reaching one’s full potential as, say, a martial artist would include reaching ones full power potential).

This video is great to understand the dangers presented here. These, and many other reasons, are why I prefer Waidan over Neidan. Badhuan Jin & Yijing Jin are more than enough to learn. There is no need to practice Neidan arts.

I've seen 2 dragons in meditation. One large, earthen brown and green flying unperturbed by anything - eternally indifferent and seemingly peaceful; it did not show it's face to me. One Red, massive, mechanistic and full of wrath - it glared at me once as something despicable but ignored me as it had an agenda at hand. Lastly, though I have never seen it myself, my TCM teacher said he saw a Black Dragon watching over me. I used to practice basic meditation and breathwork with a focus on the Dantien - I found that the spiritual afflictions became too much, so I stopped, but it had tremendous impact on my personal and professional life. What are the dragons? What do they mean and what is their motive?

Does that mean that different paths exist, and different paths to Immortality, with different masters, and different requirements? Does that mean there may be a system with masters out there that don't mind students preserve their "ego" because they have a different philosophy?

Having a goal of celestial immortal could disappoint you, because so few get there. I suggest you work at becoming an Earthly immortal , which is one of the main stepping stones, and is easier to achieve. If you do that well then you could go further, to Celestial immortal. If you meditate with the high energy meditations then you can become more psychic

who knows, maybe what he was saying right in this video is exactly what happened to him, many others have been supposedly killed by extreme nei gong, see John Chang, one of his western students and many others.. Before starting this journey, one should seek a true master old enough to have withstood the harsness of the discipline, that'd be a good sign that the way they practices was safe. I believe that unfortunately due to many reasons, among which also the cultural revolution, the safe and deepest way to practice Nei Gong might have been partially lost, unlike what happened to many types of yoga which have instead withstood the test of time and are safely practiced in many instances. I hope the Tian Shan tradition is not totally lost in time with the death of this Master and his followers, thank you for what you did for the community

'seek a true master old enough to have withstood the harshness of the discipline, that'd be a good sign that the way they practices was safe' Just because someone practicing something is older it doesn't necessarily mean it's safe as we all have different tolerance levels to things before they cause issues. I've warned many on unsafe energy practices they were doing from online which they were convinced was safe due to others doing them with no issues, only for some of those to end up finding out the hard way that what they were doing certainly wasn't safe for themselves. It's a sad situation as these ones then harmed, often have no one to help them at all once things go really wrong.

People can do anything they want, and if the liars and cheaters help speed their way to hell then that is cause to celebrate. Yes. Mozi believed we're fingers of a hand, but some don't realize. We may need to fight the wicked but in our prayers we wish them to be healthy and happy with useful possessions and experiences because that's what will help them mature. If you curse them, you will most likely only hurt yourself unless you personally have been severely wronged by them somehow. Mozi promoted the Lankavatara sutra, not hatred of the deluded.

I do it to better the future and to protect the innocent and vanquish the evils of this reality. I watched captain planet and the good actual dragon ball z when dbz was morally a good show back in the day. Captain planet they discontinued and you certainly know why they did bc morally it was absolute. But I have been practicing and my intent is pure. It's the intent at heart of practicing and gaining these abilities. I did make videos to preserve mo pai and nei gong but are gone because I decided to keep it away from bad intentions in the hearts of others. The future is not good. Not good at all. Take care. @Nei Gong Adept well after I have stood still for over 30 mins to an hour I have no room for negative emotions as it seems I am empty and full of something 🤗 far from hate.

I intuitively started doing Nei Gong/Internal Alchemy to heal an imbalance in my sexual energy 4 years ago, after I had stopped watching Porn. I became a lot more aware of my energy when I used psychedelics, and had a longing for pure state of energy. However, when I became aware of my energy, I did not understand my energy at all or how to control it, which resulted in in the imbalance I have mentioned. Needless to say it has been a long journey so far, I have come close to being in balance with my higher self, through intuition and listening, however I am so deep in an imbalance that I do not know what to do now other than seek help from a trained master. This is because I accidentally exacerbated the imbalance by doing some kind of Alchemy, my intention was healing but i feel like I was tricked by my Ego or some kind of spirit. Now I am in a place that I do not understand, my energy is all messed up and im having some strange experiences on a daily basis. Im experiencing a lot of suffering that cannot be explained by anyone. I am looking for help everywhere.

You must ground yourself after doing reverse breathing by walking or standing barefoot on the ground. You must also have a way to circulate the chi after doing reverse breathing by "holding the ball." If your chi gets blocked, you must know how to move it, perhaps with movements, DuiNa massage, accupuncture, or herbs. If the yang chi rises into the chest or head, you must know how to bring it back down. For example if you feel pressure in your heart, slap the heart area by alternating left and right hands in a downward sweeping motion. Sincerity and prayer don't hurt either.

@@lan92034 Thank you, I'm better now. I still have a long path ahead, but it's much clearer now fear is not blocking the way. All thanks to having recieved acupuncture a couple times, through meditation and acknowledging the power of the mind. I've been able to relieve alot of suffering by remaining present to the moment, making the right decisions and having faith, going with the flow 🙏☯️

'used psychedelics' that is a big mistake there, one can't fast track proper development and psychedelics cause damage. ' my intention was healing.' nods, even with good intentions sometimes things can go very wrong if one doesn't know the dangers. I'm not a 'trained master' but I work with energy and did myself have a very good Master teaching me energywork, I don't know if I can help you or not but if I see you have responded to me I will try. What are the 'strange' experiences' you are experiencing which are bothering you? and what kind of suffering are you having? thirdly, may I scan your energy? (as that would help me give you better advice).

I fully agree that it is not possible to spread swords around the world without consequences. But hopefully - as you say - 99% of these swords will be made of plastic and will serve only to spin nice movies. 😉
