One of the main outputs of the "Living Danube Limes" project is the fully functionable reconstruction of a 4th century Danube patrol boat of the type Lusoria and with the name Danuvina Alacris. In his contribution to a 2020 conference organized by the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Boris Dreyer of the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg gives first insights into the reconstruction process.
