@@xxvaltielxx1789 but because it is written by us we have given ourselves the most importance ,but also as a consequence we see humans in star wars as "boring,uninspired and uninteresting" because of which they are downplayed in lore,and kind of underdeveloped, compared to species like chiss,twileks and the like although they are equally interesting we fail to see past the fact that they are our own reflection in the galaxy.

Wouldn't mind a video on the military use of Droid brains, namely in starcraft, star ships and heavy vehicles. Things like the Hailfire Droid, Trifighter and HMP are pretty interesting! Maybe also try to address why vehicles like the AAT still had battledroid crews?

Let's be honest, there are two main reasons humans are so common in the Star Wars universe, first audiences more easily identify with human characters, but more importantly, it costs much less to have most of the population of the SW universe human than it would be Tong. 😄

Chiss look like humans, but with weird skin and eye colour and some deviation in vocal apparatus or especially complex language. We have such differences even on one planet. Better sight and hearing ability as well, perhaps result of evoltionary adaptation to the new homeworld. So yes, they seem to be a supspecies of humans.

I swear I'm remembering this correctly, but when I was a kid I stumbled across one of my cousin's comics where Han and Chewie crash landed on Earth and were ambushed and killed by indigenous people, with their skeletons and ship later discovered by Indiana Jones. I feel so guilty about what humans did long long ago in a galaxy far far away. I'm going to dedicate my life to apologizing to non-humans, raising money for non-human community development, educating humans about human privilege, and promoting diversity in every galaxy. Hopefully someday humans will be a minority or even better, be completely replaced by non-humans.
