My fellow alux'er.....if you are getting such reactions from those in your circle you need to make new circles to inhabit. Because continuing to surround yourself with mutineers you are just asking to be fed to the sharks. And I am not talking about the ones on TV with Mr. Kevin O'Leary!!!

I believe one of the most dangerous things someone may do once the become wealthy and successful is to forget the humble beginning and the community that shaped that person to become the diamond they became. Then go against that community and purposely sabotage there progress.

I agree with most of, if not all of these beliefs, especially the ones that talk about successful people who turn arrogant, selfish and entitled. Something my daddy always said is "Money usually doesn't change someone. More often than not, it shows who they are." And I agree with this as well. I think the most dangerous thing that can happen to someone once they become wealthy and successful is losing your self and the people who love you the most, because as you pointed out Alux, no amount of wealth or success will be more important than the people you love and it's always important to stay true to your roots. ❤️ #StayTrueToYourself

I'm only a 16 year old grade11 but I can relate to this video I worked hard last year in my academia Some of the motivation came from this very channel But since then I've been working harder to maintain the top achiever status at school It's only been 40 days since we've re opened this year and I have also felt like I'm going to be embarrassed if I lose the status as many learners at my school have been clearly jealous of it . I thought I should do even more this year but it has decreased efficiency and it consumes me right now because every mark I lose in a test feels like my future dream is fading But I'm still ready to change♥️

As you mention dealing with people's jealousy is difficult although understandable in many cases. Jealous people see the results of success but not the process that went into achieving such success and they want the result. In addition, it is important to continue growing: emotionally, economically and to keep learning. The process of growth should never stop no matter the level of success achieved.

The most dangerous thing that can happen to someone who is wealthy is not having genuine loving relationships in their life and a sense of greater meaning in their lives. Falling on the hedonistic treadmill is a common trap for some or quite the opposite being on the hamster wheel of working hard every day With no inner or spiritual fulfillment And instead a lot of strikes mental language and physical suffering via illness. Or lack of physical fitness.

I have had my downfalls, I also have my accomplishments. I am not wealthy, I come from a poor immigrant family. My sister went to college, I joined the Army then went to college. I went through R.O.T.C. and got commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant. And my sister became a lawyer. A friend became jealous that I was commissioned as an Army Officer. WOW ! He couldn't be happy for me, but had to make a snide remark. I thought it was just him, during the course of life people are jealous of my few accomplishments. When I become successful with my financial ambitions, that I will keep quiet. I will buy a new car, but a common model. I always had this motto, 'I don't want to be a millionaire, I just want to live like one.' Meaning... I will live modestly, dress normally, not to bring attention to myself. But I will have the millions to live a fantastic life. Contribute to the arts, charities, save families their homes by paying off their foreclosure mortgage. Those are my ambitions, and keep my charity work quiet 🤫.

It wasn’t ever about the money. Not the first time something’s been gotten good at. Treating things correctly and with balance while staying true to the core maintains the straight line straight. Y’all are dead on. If the people whom surround the person doesn’t force transparency, maybe it’s time to think about a few things. Weponized transparency has saved my butt more times than I care to admit when I had no clue what was going on culturally. I got it dead wrong for a whole year straight. I followed her guidance to the t and made it through nearly unscathed, and learned a great deal that can unequivocally be immediately applied to a lot of other areas quite effectively. To top it off my wife learned this straight off KZfaq itself. Good challenge alux

Money doesn't change people, it amplifies them. If you were a jerk before, you'll be a major jerk if you get rich. The thing that actually changes people is Fame. There's something about getting accolades from large numbers of strangers that just gets in your head and breaks things.

Oftentimes, the people who love you the most don't want you to succeed because they're afraid of losing you, which is a valid concern. Since they see you headed where they can't (or afraid to) go, they're scared you'll leave them behind. They make fun of, or discourage your efforts to move ahead. Sad thing is, it's often true. To move forward means to go to a different place, and the "best ones" often leave their small town, poor neighbourhoods, or tight religious groups to progress to bigger, better places, which can be a real loss for those who stay behind. It's not so much that they resent you - rather, it's that they like having you around.

How much is enough ? I would rather earn enough to be comfortable & happy, without financial worries. Instead of ultra rich that starts owning all your time. Happiness & success is a balance of multiple things - no money worries, health, lovable family, love what you do in or outside work & time. Having time to rest, enjoy, reflect & help those you love. To much of anything is bad after a while, so work out the perfect balance.

Other than that, Only get my job done, get the money and run. Rich people don't like money haters and suckers. If anyone trying, be real to yourself.

The Saga is right about people. Some will turn on you and only befriend you for your wealth 🤑💰. I'm already alone. So all I want is to live a life of self for fillment. Just to try and chase my goals.

I think we need to redefine what success is we should not be mentioning money. Success can be anything we want it to be its personal for each person

You forget why you became successful in the first place. Most wealthy people did not become successful to save the world or cure poverty. There is a specific reason they became wealthy, and loosing touch of that is a real shame.

The most dangerous thing that can happen to a successful person is getting kidnapped or murdered due to jealousy or envy. You should be private about your success because you never know who is around you. Sadly, sometimes it's the person that your old friend brings around that endangers your life. You must be cautious about who you allow around you and who people bring around you. The most important decision you make in your life is who you choose to associate with. If they don't fit or cause you trouble, get them out of your life. 💯

I think one of the most dangerous things that could happen to a person chasing the bag 💰is when the more money they make, the more they think they need. It's never enough to them and that in itself could be dangerous for your soul.

I think the most dangerous thing that can happen to a person once they become wealthy is to forget the one who allowed them to achieve that level of wealth and success. In lack of better words, only by the will of Allah one becomes wealthy or successful 🤲🏽 so thank him
