Yes along with fed vs djokovic 2016 Oz open first 2 sets. Thanks for sharing this. From Jan 2015 till roland garros 2016, Djokovic reached highest possible level. It was so scarry to be true.

Not the highest level, he just lacked competition. He played better from AO to USO in 2011.

@@TheY2G yes you can add that also but since it did not last till the end of the season i always put his dominance between 2015-2016 at the top. When he completed Nole slam i think he beat world 2 in each of the 4 slam(Federer and Murray). 2011 i agree he was beating Nadal all the time when he was clearly world number 2. Nole's peak tennis is scary always🙂

@@pavanprabhu3427 Nadal and Federer were playing better in 2011 than Murray in 2015-16. Djokovic groundstrokes were unreal.

The AO final of 2019 was better in my opinion. Nadal had looked unplayable throughout that tournament, whereas Djokovic hadn't looked that great until the semifinal against Lucas Pouille. On top of that, the Nadal version of 2019 was far superior to the 2016 version. Nadal had his worst seasons in 2015 and 2016 and most observers thought he was finished as a top echelon player. He didn't even win the French open during those seasons.

Nadal seemed completely done in 2016, same with Federer in 2013 and Djokovic in 2018.

Djokovic had his worst season in 2017 due to an elbow injury. He completely dominated the second half of 2018, won Wimbledon and the US Open and reclaimed the number 1 position.

toni must be so proud of the brutal practice sessions he put rafa through, even in 2015-16. im not surprised rafa gave him the boot no matter what people say. rafa was toothless in this year thanks to his weight loss (deliberate to reduce stress on his knees)
