Thomas Jane is a rather famous actor whose career didn't work out in the end. Although he had opportunities to become a big star. But somewhere was not enough luck, and somewhere the films were frankly of poor quality. I would like to remember his career path.
Thomas Jane's career spans nearly 30 years and more than 80 films in which he has played memorable characters including:
Thursday,The Mist,Under Suspicion,Hour of Lead,The Predator,Hung,The Punisher, Dreamcatcher, The Sweetest Thing, Deep Blue Sea.

Yes. I enjoyed him in Thursday, Deep Blue Sea, The Punisher and The Mist.

I do. You didnt mention one of his best movies , "Stander". It's a movie based on a true story about a police officer who starts robbing banks in Johannesburg, South Africa

Thomas Jane is on my list of favorite actors. I like him since the Punisher. I think he's a spectacular actor, too bad the projects he participated in didn't work out very well. I hope he has success and the recognition he deserves.

Thomas Jane is still one of my favourites that and he was and still is the best Punisher ever.

One of the most haunting endings to a movie EVER, The Mist!!! I am a big fan of his turn as The Punisher, even the short movie called "Dirty Laundry"! Thomas Jane is just one of those actors that is almost always in the other role that is always good but not the great one. He plays the role perfectly, but the role let's him down. I really don't understand why he has had so many problems with his films not being big box office success I think he was great in The Punisher infact he is my favorite actor who has played The Punisher. I think with the right script and character he could pull off a big movie Thomas Jane just needs a chance.

I really Like Thomas Jane he’s a Great Actor, very Charismatic, very funny & Likeable, & he gives a lot of a Emotion to his Action Film Roles very Underrated

I like Thomas Jane. He has s been in several movies that I have admired. Mist with its downbeat ending, Stander, The Expanse and even The Punisher. His so called lack of success has enabled him to do films with original endings and storyline, I love Stander in particular. Hopefully, he will hit pay dirt eventually and still retain his artistic credibility

6:27 he actually liked The Punisher and wanted to play in the sequel but left when he seen how bad the script was AND THAT'S HOW THE PUNISHER WARZONE WAS MADE

I think its time we also consider the 'contracts'. A lot of talented people seemed to fail or fade away because there were some dark things in the big project contracts they could just not agree to. And some that did and regretted it were found suicided later. The whole entertainment biz, as gratifying as it is to us is a dark arena for those working in it.

You forgot about 61 which was a excellent Baseball movie from Billy Crystal. I thought Jane did a excellent job playing Mickey Mantle. And I thought The Punisher was excellent. Man turning down the leads of Mad Men & The Walking Dead. Properly cost him $100 million or more...Oh well..

He was great in Punisher by far his best movie. Would have been great to see him as the punisher again. But now that role is gone Jon Bernthal took that role and now is the Best Punisher rightly so!
