Greatest video game of all time and you can’t change my mind. Clears everything else by miles in terms of writing, performances, attention to detail, realism, etc. and it’ll be a very tough act for GTA VI to follow.

pretty sure "cowardly witness" is just how the game works and was not thought out, doing anything threatening usually cancells these encounters
