Long time lurker here. I love this format you guys came up with! It's always nice to see competitive battle reports, but it's especially nice to see battle reports with non-competitive warbands. I recently bought a few bespoke boxes that are being squatted just because I love the models and cypherlords was one of them. Great to see them being used on the table.

As a beginner, it is great to see that an experienced player also sometimes gets that "Oh, why did I do that, I should have..."-feeling. Great format, love both the considerations during list building as well as the tactics discussions during the game.

Haha, yeah. Decision making like that kind of comes down to getting in reps with the warband to see the plays as you are doing them instead of being lame like me and only seeing them once its too late XD

Toast is the master of D tier warbands! 😂 The Thaumaturge seemed to cost a lot of points to be used as only an archer, so Toast was able to leverage his Mirrorblades fairly well as they often got to harass Mindbound in brawls. Also Aytan had much less luck with abilities. But still, it was great too see some Cypher Lords in action!

Haha it certainly feels like he has played all of them at least once already XD. I think the logic for the Ogroid was sound; an area denial piece that can basically kill a guy a turn from turn 1... it just didn't work out as well as i would have hoped 😆
