Probably the best explanation of the new pro forehand i have ever seen. Your gonna have hacks shanking forehands all over the place. 95% of tennis players dont have that kind of eye hand coordination or strength to hit like that. Great video! %

like the left arm initiating the fwd swing and uncoiling the torso ... personally, I focus on my left elbow "taking out the trash " Jackie Chan style

The Unit Turn serves as a coiling action only if the ball is coming directly at you, or half a step either side, with speed. Other wise the UT serves to orient the shoulders and feet for efficient movement.

Imagine you having to do all that instant prep while you running laterally or moving up to meet short balls.😮

Why do you have this idea that a good coach must have been an ATP ranked player? You might be an amazing player but a terrible coach...it is not the same job. @tennisdoctratp thanks for sharing your tips. If anyone has ever played tennis at a good level, he/she knows how to follow your advices and adapt it to his/her game.

If you turn with your left arm on the racquet you're bound to have in my opinion an insufficient spacing between your elbow and the body , as you have .

Not sure what you are referring to, but every high level player in the world turns with the off hand holding the frame and doesn’t let go until it is line with the ear or back shoulder.

look at Tsonga or Alcaraz hitting forehands. Both of those guys keep the opposite hand on the racket for a long time, relatively speaking. And virtually every other pro too
