Bro Goal keeper's first job is to protect the team from conceding goal then playing with your feet comes along. I know degea did not use his feet but he was keeping his goal clean at least. Onana did not do that that why we lose often because we conceding alot of goals

Both have advantages. Two handed gives you extra stability, single handed gives you a bit of extra reach.

Knucklers, yes. Anything else with any consistent rotation, one hand is no problem and it allows an increase in two crucial elements 1. Time to the ball, and 2. Distance covered. Source: I was a keeper for 30 yrs and coach it now.

I started watching football by watching degea. I talked to my friends how he's guarding the goal post but they never gave a mind about, 7 years I have been watching him, I felt sad when he left coz he is reason I became man utd fan. See onana making mistakes made me disappointed but others making fun of him in internet made me more disappointed. Criticism is normal for a football if they make mistake , but if it is going over the limit the player might lose motivation to play for the club. Please give onana time to develop, even de gea and van der san had troubles when they joined club and made mistakes just give this guy some time

De Gea is one of the best TRADITIONAL goalkeepers in the world. Thing is, keepers with great passing and skill are preferred with how teams play nowadays and if he had an off day (there were lots) he didn’t offer much else to compensate but the disrespect was CRAZY and simply stupid because he is an AMAZING keeper

Christ, can we wake up? de Gea in his last few years was every bit as much a source of calamities as Onana. Every few weeks he'd make a howler. How can our memories be so short? He was certainly a better shot stopper, but he also rarely came for crosses and he couldn't play out from the back. Note: no one has hired de Gea since he left. There's a reason for that.

I'm not gonna lie de gea did cause some mishaps but beside the nostalgia, club legend an stuff like that, he stepped up at big moments . onana is not a bad keeper( I also play a keeper position) it's that what he's playing is not man united playstyle but i pray he fixes his mistakes.
