To choose between the coconuts, the brown has more meat but the juice has oil which makes you thirst more but the green coconut is drinkable but not edible

Green ones can have a soft tender liquidy jelly, its very nice. I grew up climbing coconut trees to pluck them and cut them open, i do like coconuts from other stages too cause they have different uses like making coconut candy, coconut milk, or coconut oil. Though i will say even baby me didnt lose so much coconut water... it almost breaks my heart 😅. But he funny as hell so its cool.
